A fun 9-hole course!
Pace was good, greens were good, price was decent!!
Grandpa Randall Einspahr and Grandson Lange
1st 9 hole course for Lange. He made it thru the 5th on an 85 degree late morning effort. He has become a strong believer in Arnie Palmers, especially if frozen over night. The Pro shop was especially friendly!
Great golf and great value.
This is a great 9 hole course that is affordable and fun. We have been coming here for years. I think it’s in the best condition that I can remember. It’s a straightforward layout with a little challenge. We walked the course in 90 mins. Great pace of play.
Great course & really great value
I couldn’t have been more pleasantly surprised than I was. The course was well laid out, well manicured (excellent tees, fairways & greens) and provided a variety of interesting & challenging shots. Great day of golf.
Great value
Steamboat has to be the best course value you’ll ever find. Right from the friendly Pro Shop to putting out on 9., you’ll be happy you chose Steamboat Golf Club. The course has well manicured tee boxes, fairways & greens and the layout is excellent.
Thoroughly enjoyed playing here. Todd
Hit it straight!
Decent little public golf course. Greens were perfect, fairways bumpy. Probably worth $35, however the extra $36 for the cart was a bit much. No driving range as advertised, just FYI.
Good round of Golf
We booked the round through Golf Now and were surprised to get a cart fee on arrival. That said, the course was in good shaped and fun to play. However, it was crowded and we waited on quite a few holes. Also, somebody in the group behind plowed his cart into our playing partners cart alleging they had picked up his ball. There was a very angry exchange which put a little bit of a damper on the round.
fun golf on vacation
We're on vacation from Utah and had a great time golfing in Steamboat. Great coarse, and great staff. Played 18 holes. Enjoyed them all.
A Great course for relaxed golf!
The course is perfect if you are happy with 9 holes.overall laid back atmosphere, but professional service, nice and friendly, and very accommodating.
Course well maintained…
We enjoy it every time.
Perfect 1960s Golf Course
I played this course with my daughter and another couple. The pace of play was good, though we were a little slower than I expected. The layout is challenging from the 4th hole on, as a creek meanders through the course. You have to think your way around this course. The forward tees were perfect for my 1905 clubs. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and will return again when visiting the area.
What a great thing to do in steamboat
we have played this course a few times. It is absolutely on our list of things to do during the summer in steamboat. The course is in great shape and the staff are amazing. Great deal for the money. Enjoy.
First time Steamboater
First time in Steamboat Springs, found local course, and enjoyed it immensely. Used Rentals, Taylor Made Q10s, and were paired with a local couple familiar with the course. Weather was mid-fifties, clear skies, snow on the distant mountains, and little to no wind. Great day for late fall golf!!
Friendly staff but no one keeps pace
Nice course and reasonable prices. If I didn’t get a deal from GolfNow I would have been much more disappointed.
Pace was incredibly slow. Group in front had no regard for groups behind, spending around 20mins per hole. Was forced to leave after 6 holes since my schedule didn’t allow a 3 hours for 9 holes
