Hot Deal. Not
Booked a Hot deal then charged us 20 bucks per person for cart. Enough said. Staff was completely unfriendly when trying to come to terms with the hot deal terms.
Beautiful driving holes
Some of the nicest driving holes in the state. Course was in great condition. If I lived closer I would only play this course. Pulled off a 75 with a 39 on the front. Cheers to the greens keeper and workers.
Stanley Never Disappoints
We played a very fast 18 this morning in just over 3 hours. The course was in fantastic condition.
Practice time
I can't believe how nice the tee box, fairways and the greens were keep in great shape0 I would play here seven days a week. I honestly believe that this course is the best in Connecticut hand down.this place is really great!
If you want a 5 hour round...
Stanley is the place for you. Not sure what it is. The tee times are set 10 min apart, which should be enough spacing. Very long round when you’re used to 4-4:30max everywhere else.
Staff, especially the starter, were very nice. Just not worth the standing around, IMO.

Far Exceeded Expectations
Awesome course! I save the 5 stars for Newport National, Fox Hopyard and the casino courses! I was expecting a municipal course. I don’t know why, I just was. Course was awesome. Great layout, very forgiving! Nothing bad at all to say about it! Do a military discount too for anyone who is serving!

Course was in great shape. Only got to play the blue 9. Place was packed but we played at normal pace. Some holes were very interesting. Only gave average for off course amenities because we didn’t get a chance to use or see them . They should put an N/A as a choice. Can’t give something 5 stars I didn’t use but don’t want to kill a good review either. Come on golf now get with it.
November gem
Stanley has really made vast improvements to the course recently and will be my new go to location. Restaurant and patio are a perfect way to relax and finish the day. Setting is perfect, staff was friendly, and the food is exceptional.
