Beautiful views and layout OK other than that a lot of negatives
Wife and I were out in Idaho Twin Falls for my grandson‘s wedding yesterday and we had gone up into the mountains, the sawtooth and down to the city rocks, but we are golfers from Michigan so we wanted to play golf so we came down here to the canyon Springs golf course After we had our reception dinner up at the Redhawk and the views are spectacular of course with the waterfall in the big bridge and what not put the overall our experience here is not good.
They hooked us up with a twosome 24-year-old who could bomb the ball, but they were playing from the ladies tease and waiting for every green to clear before they teed off and then they were smoking pot and it was just awful. They had they allowed a 7 golfers playing together with a dog ahead of us. We finally got through them, but even though it took four hours to just seem like it was more like six.
Now getting to the course conditions fair maybe good but not comparable to anything the good stuff we pay 50 bucks for in Michigan are much better tracks money here is purely for the views. The cart pass are completely awful. The carts are not very good and we had to rent clubs and they gave us these beginner Wilson pro for or whatever they were just complete garbage rental clubs And it was $56 or $54 each with the cart in green fees and another 30 each for the rental so not much value there I guess if you can get out on this course first ones I guess I would recommend it in the morning but when you pay that much for a toilet right after 4 o’clock, it’s And you’re absolutely no Ranger nobody watching the course. It was chaos so I cannot really recommend playing here I guess I would play it once, but hopefully you get through the round in a better time than we did.
Canyon Springs again
Pretty nice course down in the canyon with spectacular views. It lies below the Perinine Bridge and next to the Snake River. The greens are awesome and the overall layout of the course makes it difficult yet enjoying! Long Drives, some beautiful short holes and the best part is the Bar staff! Celebrities and Noble Men always Stop and play here in while passing through Twin Falls. They also hold annual Discount Golf Tournaments here! FUN PLACE, CHEAP, PICTURE WORTHY
Fun Relaxing Course
I was pleasantly surprised with the round played here with friends. Fun to be down in the canyon and weather was great!!!
