first time I’ve played it almost 50 years. Course was in good shape true par threes.
Muggy and a little slow
Not sure why but we waited on every hole. Just lots of slow players. But the course was fine despite all the rain.
Nice long course for 9 holes
The gentlemen behind the desk and ranger both were very detailed in describing the course layout. I appreciated the information as others courses would not.
Perfect weather, slow play day
Actually my group was as slow as everyone else, so maybe two and a half hours. Great conditions.
Great Course
This course provides good value and fair play. There are easier holes and some that challenge you, all greens are true and in good shape. No bunkers which is nice with the way most courses that are good value usually leave theirs.
Best Forest Preserve 9 Hole Course
Keep your ball on these wide fairways and you will like your chances for a decent score

For a forest preserve course, it is very well maintained and a good layout. Not the cheapest but a fun course
Amenities
Great place for the money. Staff is very friendly can improve on the cleaning of the men’s bathroom.

The ground of some tee boxes are a little hard due to the lack of rain,but overall not too bad.
Great 9 hole course. Don't be deceived; it plays long. No bunkers, but still love playing this course!

Very Golf Day and Slow on the Course
Played Sunday May 20th 2024. Easy 9 hole golf course to play. Not challenging at all. It was very warm outside and crowded.
The pace of golfers was slow because of the weather being nice for a Sunday but that is expected. I plan on playing this course several more times this season in 2024.
