It has closed.
The Archdiocese of Chicago owns the land and had planned to not renew the lease after last season. They did renew for one more year. Now it has closed for good.
With no future, money was not put into the course these past 2 years and conditions have deteriorated.
I gave it one last play to say good bye.
Ned to find other courses for next year.
Good Ol’ Fresh Meadow!
Course is always a fun go to for a round at a super fair price. You can tell that they are trying to fix up the course a bit. The reason I go back here is not just because of the location and the smooth flow of it, but the Staff is always nice! Some greens are better than others but over all it’s a good chill place to play close to the city and the burbs!
Close Fresh Meadows
This HAS TO BE one THE WORST golf courses available to play! The putting greens and parking lot was harder to traverse than current Gaza! Our cart had ripped seats, broken and duct taped windshield, rusted tires, and was just filthy! SELL THE LAND AND CLOSE IT!
Too Bad - They Closing or Selling
This is a golf course close to the city, but they have decided to close or sell, and have let the fairways, tee boxes and greens lack some care and love. It would be nice to know what the future holds for this course, but in the meantime, get your 18 in before they close
Terrible greens
Greens were not maintained and many brown divits and old holes on green,hard to putt.
Trash
This place was always rough, but somehow the conditions got worse. Greens were a total joke. Seems like Arcis likes to run its chiago area courses into eh ground.
