Regulation Eighteen at Scherwood Golf

Worse staff of any course I’ve ever played. I still use the driving range often because it’s close by.

Course was beautiful, very well maintained, it helps your game when everything is well Groomed.

Tee time was cancelled at another course, went here instead. Had a great game, only problem was the multiple parties ahead of me that would not let me play through.

Staff was friendly and very professional. The course was very well maintained and that make for a great golf day.

This is a great course to golf. Not too difficult, but still presents a challenge. I’ll continue to play here.

I got out there at 5:30a, and the heavy rains had recently stopped. Fairways were soggy with standing water in lots of places. EVery club hit 2 clubs short, if it didn’t just dig in and stick. Added an extra challenge to a nice layout and moderately challenging course (at least for a beginner like me). But it was beautiful and played nicer as it dried out during the round. Was nice to play at a place where my driver mostly stayed in the bag and I needed to think and hit golf shots. Will definitely play here often, hopefully not right after a rain. Overall well-kept and beautiful. I’d consider it a hidden gem.

They make Golf Now users double up with others to save money on carts.

Golf Now users do not show up prior to 10 minutes before your tee time.

No rangers, terrible pace of play.

One of the highest priced courses around, not worth the price. Play Palmira instead.

Started our twosome out on hole 10

Took 40 minutes to play two holes

While waiting on #13 ( three groups waiting) I phone clubhouse and asked if there was a reason we couldn’t play the front nine first, he said no but we may get caught up in the 500 league play

I suggested they get a ranger out to check out the slow down.

NEVER AGAIN

Greens were half dirt and grass from fairway to rough wasn’t much difference

Except for a few greens, the course is in great shape. Clean and green without any loose branches laying around.
