White Hawk Country Club - Silver Hawk Nine

About
White Hawk Country Club boasts 36 holes of championship golf, which are divided into four different nines. The Grey Hawk and Black Hawk nines came first, followed by the Red Hawk and finally the Silver Hawk. The Silver Hawk nine is the longest of the four and it is also widely known as the toughest. The golf course incorporates a variety of landscapes from mature woodlands to pristine wetlands. Water has a prominent presence with seven large lakes and a few meandering creeks sprinkled throughout. You'll find that water hazards come into play on what seems like every hole. In addition to the water, the fairways are lined with trees and the green complexes have challenging ridges, tiers, and swales. It's easy to see how White Hawk is ranked as one of the top 10 toughest golf courses in the state.

Great Track Pace of Play was superb
Played Sunday afternoon @ 1:45. Finished 18 @ 5:03 absolutely flew around the course. Didn't wait on a hole until 17/18. Great value for a course in really good shape.. I'll be back frequently.
Traveling home course
I was traveling and found this course, made a tee time with a great rate (Golf Pass), I played the Grey and Silver courses and enjoyed the challenge. Good thing I was paired with a local to guide me around thru the blind shots. I will definitely be back to play next time I'm in the area. Hopefully I'll get to try the other courses or all 4 in a day would be great.
Awesome course
Wow gorgeous and difficult at times. Being your A game
Great course
Well maintained and I expected it to be pretty full but it wasn’t. Made for a great pace. Our 3-some finished in 3:20. WH is always in great shape. Reasonable rates.
Bring sunscreen and great strategy
Played the Black the Silver combo on a humid partly sunny day. The UVs were for real so prepare accordingly. There were at least 4 extremely challenging holes that must be thought through carefully ( unless you have an endless supply of balls and patience of a saint). Pace was good ahead of us , but experience a few shadow plyers pressing us from behind. It was still a great day!
Challenging but enjoyable
We played the Black and Silver courses. Black was challenging but if you made good golf shots, you could score well. The Silver course was exceptionally challenging, especially for first time playing it. Most of the hole contain marshy areas you have to hit over either off the tee or your approach shot, sometimes both. Having experience may make the course easier.
If you book through golf now you will end up on silver
They have 36 holes. It was a 27 and eventually they added the silver and 9 more. I have played out there 3 times and each time I got the same Red to Silver. You cannot get in the other two with the island green. Just know that when you book.
