Good course but.........!
I have enjoyed this course in the past but today was my last time to ever play this course due to the fact that management evidently does not care who they let on it. Started off by following 3 players that only had 2 bags between them. Knowing that this would take forever we skipped a hole to get around them. Thought this was the solution to slow play but then immediately got behind a group of 4 playing with only 2 bags between them. Followed them for 5 holes at a crawl before I finally said something to them about not letting us play through which caused a brief confrontation which still did not result in us being allowed to play through. Then to top it all off, we witnessed a player with a button down shirt unbuttoned and flapping in the breeze while playing barefoot. I only have to assume that golf edict and policing the course is not a concern here and I will spend my time and money playing at another course that cares about the quality and pace of play for all golfers.
This course has a rocking body. Everything about PCC just makes me cry with joy. The undulating fairways, the beautifully manicured greens, and the sexy rough that isn't too thick and isn't too thin. For a 9/10 hole course, I'd pay TWICE as much to play an 18 hole course in this quality condition. You can definitely tell that the course management team put serious effort into their arduous craft.
This is a nice course.
The driving range was overgrown and closed, so I didn't get my practice balls. Had a good time on the course. It seemed to be maintained well. The cart had a little trouble starting. Overall had a good time.
