Reviews
1st time here
First time on this course. For the money it is as good as any courses around.
A nicer goat track.
The course really isn't bad, but it isn't good either. They are losing some fairways and teeboxes and overwater the greens so they are really soft (and slow).
The layout of the course isn't bad, but having never played it before, it is pretty difficult to figure out 1) how to get to some of the holes 2) where to place your tee shot. On several holes I hit good shots only to find the hole layout chart was wrong and the hole has a really sharp dogleg. The back nine seems a bit better than the front in that regard.
The course reminds me of Duffy Martin builds in Oklahoma. He was known for his "average man" golf courses without bunkers.
It's a good value for 10-15 bucks, but I wouldn't pay more than that.
Hidden Gem
Well worth the drive - pace of play is great and the course is well-maintained. Greens exceed expectations.
