Better than I remembered
I played with a 4 some on a Sunday afternoon, We played in 4:15 and the design was better than I remembered. The greens were good , rough a little thin ( which I Like ) , pace of play was very good for a Sunday afternoon and the drink after was delicious

They do a nice job all of the time. Stay in the fairways and the course is in excellent condition.

Well kept
Firm greens but very playable. Relatively easy layout. Not overly hilly as most cape courses. A place I would definitely play again

Town coarse
Town course and conditions are like a count. Town course 10 ft off the greens and 10 ft off the fairway. Everything's rocks and gravel and crap, but the course is decent on weekends. It's very, very slow. Lots of hackers that don't know what they're doing.
