Golf Carts
Golf carts are over controlling, when I told the starter I was handicap he said look at all the nice features this electronics offers you in this cart. Never turn on the handicap feature

Pace of play nightmare.
Was waiting 10 minutes on every tee box, left after 11 holes. An absolute nightmare of an experience.

I Recommend This Course
Whispering Willows is a decent muni course with a good mix of holes. It is generally in good shape. My main criticism is the way they restrict carts. Several times during the round my cart shut down because it thought I was in a restricted area. These events occurred in the middle of dry fairways with no indication that the cart cannot drive there. This is time consuming and irritating.
