Evergreen Hills

If you are looking for a beautiful course with enjoyable layout and friendly, you need to try Evergreen. I have played the course several times and enjoy it as a "go-to" favorite.

I was really impressed with the condition of the fairways and greens. All the par 4 holes were challenging. Wished I would have known about the course earlier. Definitely playing there again.

This is a challenging course that has unique cross winds by the 1st par 3' and dense short grass off the fairways. The rough is tough. So try it. It's worth the time and money. I had a good round.

Was very nice golf course. Good layout. Would really recommend if someone just wants to play only 9 holes.

I took a friend of mind to Evergreen Golf course for a round of golf. I had been apprehensive about going there due to the close proximity to the "D". However, due to my experience at Beechwood I decided to give Evergreen a chance and I'm glad that I did. The staff was kind, which differs from some other golf courses where the staff buddy up with locals and treat new clients like outsiders "Huron Hills, Ann Arbor". The greens were well maintained, the pace of play was smooth, and the views of the Southfield skyline was picturesque.

I look forward to golfing there again.

This is a nice course. But the ranger on the very 1st hole told us we were going too slow. I was with a very beginner golfer. I didn't like that on the very 1st hole. without a driving range to warm up of course you will have some poor shots on hole one. After that we kept up with the group in front of us. We even had to wait for the group in front of us.

I always love playing at this Southfield course. However the pace of play is always abysmal. Aside from that, the staff is great the course is always in excellent shape and it has very long ranges of difficulty for every level player. If i had any suggestion, ir would be to roll there greens more often and add a beverage cart. It's a 9 hole course . I went around twice and enjoyed it both times.

This course is not in the best shape, however worth the money if it is on special

Sand traps are in bad shape with packed sand from recent rain and not raked well by previous golfers.

Course was in great shape. Greens were in good shape, but some had a lot of goose droppings on them. We did see two deer in velvet meander through the course which was neat. The addition of a few beers would be a welcome addition. Overall a pretty solid course, but a bit pricey.

This very well-kept 9-hole muni in sight of towering office buildings is a really enjoyable golf experience! Only 1 par 5, but it's challenging fun as are the 3 wonderful par 3s. There's not a boring hole on the course, with elevation changes, doglegs, hazards and sand that make you wonder at finding such a playable gem tucked away in the middle of a city. And you'll see wildlife, maybe even some deer! I play there regularly, especially with their pay-ahead discount deal.
