Good easy Golf fix!

Played this course while wife and children shopped and walked around Petoskey. Good course, but not great. Lots of elevated greens so placement is key so putts don’t run all over the place. Wish there would have been a better map of the course layout for first timer, but other than that just might play again if I’m in the area.

The staff is friendly.

The carts are old and seats are torn up on most carts.

The course itself is a mix between up-north Michigan golf (tree lined fairways, water, hills) and a west-Texas muni (dry as a bone fairways). Greens were shaggy and slow (about 3/8" grass) This is a great venue for juniors and those learning the game, or those looking for an inexpensive round.

This is nor destination golf. This is six-pack and betting games golf.

I reserved a Hot Deal at 9:00am, the course had a 9:00 am shut gun start.

Is there miscommunication between Golf Now and the golf course?
