Nice course for a quick 9

I initially reserved for the wrong day of play. Golf Now customer service did a nice job correcting my reservation. We played a mid-afternoon 9 on a Saturday and the pace was great. Course condition is OK. The greens and t-boxes are in nice shape, and most of the fairway surfaces of OK with a few bad spots. Fairways are packed together and I can see that wayward shots could cause problems when the course is busy. I also walked the course the following day and finished in under 2 hours. If you want to play a nice 9 holes go when the course isn't busy and have a nice time.

Super slow 9 holes

It took close to 4 hours to complete 9 holes. Otherwise the course was in good condition and the staff was super friendly this time around.

quality course

This is challenging, narrow, well groomed course. The downside was that play was very slow and you must watch out for errant shots. Overall, very nice 9 hole course. Thank you to the residents of Creve Couer!

Course is a little tight

Course was in good shape. You do have to be very aware of golf balls flying in from every direction. For whatever reason, I don't hear other golfers yelling "fore" so don't know if it's a lack of golf courtesy or fear that if their ball does hit someone, they'd have owned the damage. Course is tight and all the more reason for golfers to exercise safe golf courtesy.

Good 9 Hole Course

Nice course with some challenging holes. Overpriced but the course is always in good shape. Only real drawback is how long it takes to get 9 in

Creve Coeur

The course was well maintained for a municipal course. Only complaint was that no one was making sure that groups got started at the correct times which led to back-ups and slower than normal play.

Beautiful, tough, 9 hole course!

We really enjoyed this course! The tee times were too close together & the speed of play was really slow, but the course was a beautiful so it was easy to relax while we waited. Tough, blind shot holes on the back end! Overall, great experience! Would recommend & go again.

Tricky

Nice course. Hard to conquer. Of the six par 4's, two are short and two are long. The water, hills, and narrow fairways make it pretty challenging.

Tough little track

This course is more challenging than you think. The fairways are tight and the greens are pretty fast. Some of the pin placements were especially challenging. Overall for the money I enjoyed it.

Great round for preseason

Took advantage of finally having a warm afternoon in St. Louis to get nine holes in. The staff was really courteous and helped me out with some missing spikes. Though there were quite a few golfers out the course moved along swiftly. Given that the grass has barely begun to grow yet the course looked pretty good. The rough was pretty neat but the fairway was still pretty much dead and in places is a bit soggy. The course has a few modest challenges and makes for an interesting game.

Lazing on a Sunday afternoon

This was my first time playing this course. Although a small course they have done a lot with a little. It is challenging! I don't think there is an easy hole on the course you are either shoooting uphill or at an angle, and the greens are fast.

The recepti9on was warm and friendly and even though the course was busy I was not hurried to play faster.

A great time and a wonderful course.

Nice little 9 holer

I've come back to this course after a long absence. If you are looking for a fun quick 9 this is one for your list. It was once an 19 hole course in the early 60's, since then developed for office buildings. Even with that said it is very quaint, you are not close to development except for number 8 and 9. The greens are surprisingly true even though I doubt they are rolled. Check this course out, don;t expect too much, it's average but fun with some challenging long par 4's

The staff was extremely helpful and courteous...

Upon arrival I noticed how well kept the grounds were, cars, pull carts and score cards were ready available as you entered the pro shop. Tee boxes are in clean and good shape as well as the fairways and greens alike. There are plenty of mature trees that border the fairways, so hit em straight!

a must golf

This course requires a high level of attention with its narrow fairways. The condition of the course was excellent, especially given the time of year. The best part in my opinion though is the extremely friendly staff. A great value for money. Even though this is only a 9 hole do not shy away, you don't want to miss this great course.

Surprisingly challenging

This 9 whole course is deceptively difficult because of the tight fairways. My son and I played early on Sat with a temp of 40* and the STL humidity must have been 80%. The 1st hole a very short 307 yd par 4 was a good opener, followed by a 157 yd par 3 so it eases you into the next challenge, a par 4 that requires a 250 yd drive to carry the hill, but not too far or you're in the creek, to an uphill shot to a 2 tiered very slopped green. Then get ready for another long par 4 that requires an accurate 250 drive. It's well worth playing and would rate it higher if it had zozyia fariways and slightly larger greens, but it an old course and convenient if you live in west county.
