Lots of elevation changes
Most of the holes are straight with a few sand traps around greens but not many "flat" holes. Entrance is now by the Y to the new pro shop.
Great staff, nice course
New clubhouse and course has a lot of elevation changes. Fun!
90 degrees plus..... No drinking WATER available!!!! Not the first time either
Just don't get it this course keeps improving BUT keeps missing on the details... Also had to literally wait 5 minutes to approach the green , maintenance guy got right infront of us and started watering the green he could've waited.
Upgrades are great. Nice experience.
Had some time and wanted to get in a mid-week round. I was very pleasantly surprised at the condition of the course, the new club house, the new carts, and the price. We were a threesome and got around in 3:10, at a leisurely pace. Very nice fairways. A couple had some winter kill, but still not very bad. Greens were smooth and putted true. Primary rough was playable. Brand new gas carts. Very comfortable club house, although very limited food available, just snacks. If you're in the neighborhood it's well worth your time.
Fast Greens
Greens were very quick and in good shape. They are doing some improvements(cart path/new clubhouse/etc) so there were some places that were a little rough but overall well maintained.
Maintenance Lacking
The last five times I have played this course there has been no drinking water on the course. The ball washers, as a whole, are failing - some no water, some handles missing or broken. Big negative - I know you're supposed to hit in the fairway but it doesn't always happen and with the thick grass at the edge of the fairway, just tall enough to hide the ball, it can be an expensive outing. (I can watch to see where the ball lands and it can take 5 -15 minutes to find it, if you do). But, enjoyable!!

The greens were excellent shape the fairways were average. There were a number of ball washers were without towels and some were broken.
Great day
Played this course for the first time. It was a very good experience. The fairways were in very good condition and the greens were in good condition. The staff was friendly and gave us the impression that we were welcome and they were glad we were there. As a first time visitor, I felt that the on course direction for next tee could use some better signage in a few places. Overall, it was a great experience and we will definately be back.
Good Muni
Many elevation changes, some blind shots, clubhouse old: but new clubhouse is under construction - open this fall. Some few bare spots in fairways, but greens are excellent. Good pace of play.
OK not great
Greens packed with sand . bunkers are unplayable with small rocks in them. Greens are not in good shape most of the year
