Fun Layout
Ainsworth Municipal Golf Course is a 9 holer about 45 minutes from Valentine. My friends and I stopped to play on our way to Prairie Club.
The staff at the course was very friendly and welcoming. The layout is fun, and a bit quirky. The greens all have significant slope, which creates some fun on and around the greens.
The conditions weren't great but given how dry things have been in 2022, this wasn't surprising. Definitely recommend stopping to play if you're passing through and looking for a quick, fun round of golf.
