Cedar Creek Golf Course

Tee boxes are in very poor condition as well as a few greens. It appears they have very poor drainage to keep this course in good shape.

Pace of playing was brutally slow, was supposed to tee off at 2 and didn’t tee off till 2:40. Sign inside said carts didn’t have to be in till 7:15, however someone came out and said they had to be in at 6:30. Some tee boxes had no grass and were all dirt, will not play here again anytime soon!

Hard review as we had such an enjoyable time with the pro shop staff., the starter, the cart girl and the bar staff. So friendly, helpful and fun which really made the day. Unfortunately the course is in really bad shape. Tee boxes and bunkers almost unplayable, fairways ok and greens a mess. I did like the lay out especially on the back which had several challenging holes.. green fees were only $24 so I guess it was value for money. One other advice - avoid the range - old balls and mats - you can damage your clubs and your ego !

The course is probably as good as it will get in light of the drainage problems. A couple of greens need work but are playable. Pace of play is almost always slow, but expected for a public course. Great staff and friendly bar!

Cart path only as the course has a lot of standing water. But general condition of my course was good.

Didn’t know what to expect being that the price was so low. Showed up 20 minutes early and starter told me go check in and I could go right out paired me with another single. The person I played with knew the course and that helped. The course was in good shape for a course that gets a lot of play, the tee boxes can use some seeding fairways were very good and the rough fair but tough. A couple of the greens need work but the areas are in one spot of the green and not over the whole green. The staff couldn’t have been nicer plus the person on the beverage cart was there at least a dozen times and you needed that because it was hot. Told my buddy what a nice surprise and that he and I will play this course together.

If this were my local muni I would be very satisfied. Not pristine conditions but very playable with good greens and a challenging layout. Front was a bit basic … tree lined with some doglegs. Back more interesting with water lined fairways and elevation changes. Will certainly consider playing again when in NJ.

The course was somewhat empty, no waiting between holes. Competitive foursome, good round of golf.
