Pleasantly surprised
Played this course with a group from the Albany area. After reading reviews we were pleasantly surprised. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Course was in reasonable shape for August in the northeast. There were some brown spots in the fairways but overall, the conditions were fine. Greens were in great shape. Some of the best we've played this year. Rolled true and hardly any ball marks. It is a short course, 5,715 yards but that suited our senior players just fine.
Ready to tee off and they kick us off The course because we have a non-playing child! I’ve never been humiliated in my life! I don’t recommend these course for families. They’re not friendly.
Ok course
This course is an alright course if you didn’t have to deal with the staff. On more than one occasion was the staff unfriendly and rude.
Great course camouflaged from the road
Our group of 8 have been playing for 23 years together in the Lake Placid, and lately in the Lake George area. We tried Queensbury and were very pleasantly surprised. The greens were good, the course challenging, the staff and members friendly and we enjoyed the day
Great course
I would recommend this course to anyone. The maintenance crew does a great job with the course and making sure every thing is tidy. They do a very nice job keeping tee boxes clean of garbage and tees and making sure the traps are soft. They also do a nice job keeping the trees and other areas weedwacked (compared to other courses) and just making the course look nice overall.
Wide Open Fairways
Beautiful, wide-open fairways that slope and undulate make for more of a challenge than expected. A beautiful day on a very nice course.
Very Nice Course and a Great Value
Queensbury CC is a very nice layout and is not extremely difficult. The staff are excellent and course conditions very good. A fun afternoon of golf at a modest price!
Excellent job for fall golf
Course was in great shape and the grounds keepers did an excellent job of keeping the fairways and greens clear of leaves.
Course was very nice, clean and easy to play.
My wife and I were on vacation and wanted to play golf. Without any tee times, we looked online for a course close to where we were staying. We found Queensbury CC and found a deal on price. They set us with a single player and the three of us had a great time golfing. I would recommend this course to anyone who wants a great time.

Great course and friendly staff
Course is well maintained, everything was green. Holes are layed out nicely to each other. Middle teebox is @ 5500 yds, @6000 at the back box. Overall had a very fun day. Staff was fantastic - got us on the course 1/2 hour before our scheduled tee time. 250 yd driving range is across the street in front of the clubhouse and in good condition.
Will definitely play again on my next trip to Lake George.

course maintained wonderfully, carts remain in great condition. fun yet challenging course. pace of play not too bad once we get passed 3rd hole but course has reputation of being busy on weekends. nice having water jugs available in different spots on the course when it's so hot.
nice conditions of course
course conditions very good considering the wet start of the year, most courses in the area 1/4 under water. greens are challenging, carts in excellent condition.
Nicely maintained Adirondack course
Well-maintained, but very short. Definitely play from the blue tees, otherwise you will be bored with it. Staff was friendly, and we enjoyed the course. For the money, I would definitely play there again.
Lake George area golf
Queensbury CC ia a nice maintained layout. The course is not very long only about 5500 yrds from the whites. for mid to high handicap golfers this is a great course.
People who work at the course are very friendly.
Queensbury offers a nice little Pro Shop and a very nice bar and patio.
Very enjoyable golf experience along with good prices.
Golfer friendly course
Really nice course...great for beginners. Brand new gas carts and they actually allow you to drive up close to the greens. Finished 18 holes with my wife in 3 1/2 hours!

Course was short but it was very enjoyable. Staff was helpful and friendly.
Nice course,not very overly long holes.
Round took about 4 1/2 hours with fairly busy reservations.Moved well just a little wet from 3 days of rain and cold.Nicely treated at check in too.
