Yahnundasis Golf Club

This rolling Central NY course is worth a trip from almost anywhere. The first two holes have been redone, but other than that it’s Walter Travis at his best. Greens are set in perfect locations in valleys or tops of hills. The undulating greens are the highlight of the course.

Conditions were perfect. Add to this rolling terrain and it’s a must play.

Bar none- this private layout is the best golfing experience in Utica area. Playing this well-conditioned course is like a trip back 100 years.

The rolling terrain and greens set in dells and on knolls adds to its character. The par-3 11th hole is a real test of golf. The rugged back nine punishes poor golf shots. This smartly designed course has its quirks- blind shots, undulating fairways and uphill approaches- but it all blends into the natural environment.
