Worth it
Went on weekday. Pace of play great. Weather great. Views great.
Beautiful challenging course!
We play at this course once a year when visiting family . It is in excellent shape and very beautiful. It doesn’t seem as it should be challenging, but it is!! Lots of practice areas and driving range to practice prior to playing. First time seeing a cart in the middle of the round to get a snack or cocktail which was nice. They have a restaurant to have a drink or some food after. Overall would recommend but just wish I could score better!!
Much to be desired
Had rain the night before so Course had water in fairways in every bunker. Still did not show that it was in great shape prior to the rain. For a resort course. It left much to be desired.
Our Sunday course
Nice course layout. Few extra challenging holes. Recommend giving this track a try.
Good course
The course is very nice. Staff is friendly. Our only issue, was the course allowed a very slow group of 6 to tee off in front of us.
Rough around the edges
Greens were nice. Cart paths bumpier than rough. Branches over cart path need trimming.
Bad weather
Have played the course for 20 years. One of my favorite places. Didn’t get to play yesterday because it snowed. Will get a chance to play on another day.
Solid Course & Value
A few things ... The greens were some of the nicest I have played in Central MN ... But unfortunately we had a group infront of us who either did not know how to repair a ball mark or flat out refused to do it ... It is really unfortunate when the greens were in such good shape ... Fairways were in good shape ... Tee-Boxes were a bit worn ... Carts were gas and were fairly quiet ... It would be nice if they had beverage coolers and sand/turf-repair bottles in order to keep those fairways in good shape ... Suggestion on which tee-boxes to play ... I normally play the blue tees (but not the tips) but if I were to go back and play again I would slide up to the white tee's ...
Target golf
Target golf. Great greens, fast. Somewhat unforgiving, a little off line and it's a lost ball. Very nice looking course. Worth playing.
Goddfree
It was a Sunday afternoon none of the holes are marked so you can find your way around the paths are chunky and unkempt.... not one maintenance worker or Ranger to be found on the course and no beer cart ... this was and could be a very nice course if they managed it properly.
