Fast greens
Course in great condition. Greens are fastest they have ever been and are in good shape. Course is not aerated, scheduled for 10/5.
Kevin in the shop is an asset to the golf community, offered some tips at the range and shaved several strokes on my game. Fully worth looking into lessons with him, one of the best on the island.
Fun course!
Good pace of play for a Saturday morning (4hr 15min). Would’ve been faster if the twosome we were paired with could get off the tee. Tight fairways but enough hazard stakes to make it fair. Greens were cut perfectly for a public course. Greens have break and the wind picks up later in the day to add a challenge. Course was in B+ condition with some occasional standing water and patchiness in the rough. Overall fun course I’d like to play again.
Nice course, but conditions have been better.
Have played this course a handful of times the last few years and unfortunately, the conditions were a little rougher than anticipated, but I'm guessing that could be due to all the rain this summer. Greens were in good shape and putts rolled well. Got a good deal on GolfNow and it was definitely worth the money. Hoping they get it back into the shape that it was in the previous few years.
Good time at the course
Good course. Nice layout. Friendly staff. Very helpful. First time at the course. Played in my own foursome. We played at a respectable pace. No one in front of us and a few groups behind. The ranger passed by us a few times but no one said anything. We had a good time.
Course was in great shape
It's been a few years since I've played Bergen and to be honest, the course has not always been in the best shape in past years. But I have to say the place was in great shape yesterday. The greens, the fairways, the tee boxes, all really good. The greens were actually faster than I expected but pretty consistent from hole to hole, so no excuses for my bad putting. We started at around 10:40 Am and were back at the clubhouse before 3 PM so no complaints on the pace. Had we spebt more time on the fairways, we could have been done 30 minutes earlier. All in all a great day.

The course was in very good condition, greens smooth and fairly quick. Pkayed with a nice couple. Good pace. Would play again
