Nice pace
Very good conditions. Good pace of play. Greens were in good shape. I booked it again.
Sometimes danger !!!
These day was nice, we player 4somes, pace was not bad.
what I want to share was last Tuesday I got hit to my head by the guy behind me at holes 11 par 3.
So I think maybe need to have a sign to tell golfer not to tee off before clear, especially at par 3 !!!
I saw sign in some golf course to remind golfer.
and What a golfer doesn't know the rule ??? and then he not even say sorry or regret to what he was doing, he said play at your own risk !!! is that including you can tee off whenever you like without notice infront of you. just think if that happen to yourself !!!

Considering that Bergen Point is a Suffolk County Public Course and gets a lot of play the course was in decent shape. I will return.

The people were excellent and the course could not have been in better condition. It was a great experience.
Dave is not nice
I booked a tee time then was unable to make it. I had tried to cancel through golf now the night before and was unable to. I also attempted to contact the course but they were closed. I called an hour before my tee time to let them know I was called into work and wasn’t able to make it. The gentleman I spoke to, Dave, was incredibly rude and unaccomodating. Even after explaining my situation he continued to be curt with me. Someone might tell him to be a little more understanding and not such grump.
Great course, nice pace
I enjoy playing here. Price is always the same, and I’ve always found times that work for me. Shot my best round ever last week!
Bait and switch
Made resy on TeeOff a few weeks ago. When I got to the course they refuse to allow me to play saying they only take two hot deals a day and TeeOff somehow assigned 3 hot deals that day. I was forced to pay full price in addition to what I paid TeeOff.
TeeOff eventually refund me for my initial payment but I had to pay $50 more at the course. Teeoff response is that they have system bugs. That’s it. Terrible.
The course itself is average at best but pace of play was extremely slow for Tue afternoon. Took over 5 hours. Holes are also too close to each other so watch out for balls flying over your head. One of my least favorite courses in Long Island.
