I was excited to take my daughters and their beaus to this well known establishment. I heard nothing but great reviews thus was looking forward to the night. I reserved a bay at $50 tor 7 pm. I arrived 20 minutes early as I had never been there begore and wanted to understand how it works. I was informed that I would get a text at 7 pm. I went to the bar to get a drink as I had 15 mins to wait. I stood at the bar 10 minutes before the 8th person who walked by finally took my drink order. My party arrived just as my drink was made and we waited for the text. At 7 pm, no text, at 7:05, no text. At 7:10, no text. Since there is a house rule that your bay is forfeited if one is not at the bay in 15 mins, thus I headed back to the desk to inquire when our bay, that I reserved for 7 pm would be ready. I got the insincere, sorry for the wait. As we headed to the bay, the text came thru with the bay number while stating someone will be waiting for us....no one was waiting for us. No waitress was in sight and there is no way to contact them. When the nice waitress arrived 10 minutes later, drinks and an app and the mains were ordered, one of which was a salad. When the food arrived, there were no sillverware or napkins provided or dressing for the salad. The golf games were fun and that is the only thing that saved the night as the service was horrendous when it fomes to reservations and overall care for the customer. Many times I looked for our server only to see her ten stakks down continually talking to the handsome co-worker for 15 mins at a time. I ended up spending well over $200 for $29 of customer courtesy. Highly disappointed.
