The third, a dogleg left of 376, typifies most of the holes on this course: not long, but challenging in other ways. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 07/13/2022

Seven ( # 3 index) seems like one of the best par-4’s in Connecticut. This photo doesn’t reveal just how tough it is to make a par here. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 07/13/2022

The fourteenth green, at 560 yards, will take two Herculean shots to reach in two, but anything less may find its way into the small brook before it. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 07/22/2020

Hilly but nice
Great course. A few quirky holes but good in general.
Norwich Course in good shape
Course has great tee boxes and greens. Some spotty patches where carts scatter could be worked in. Overall in nice shape.
Always a pleasure
People are friendly. Course is nice. Pace is usually good. Have heard the food is good but don't know personally(I'm a Chef and very judgemental)
Friendly staff
The staff at this golf course is very friendly local community feel very relaxed
Good value next to Mohegan Sun
Course was in good condition but a few holes have thin grass in the fairways. Tree work on third hole opens up the left side on your tee shot. The greens are in great shape and running true. Hot Deals on GolfNow made weekend round affordable.
Course condition
The course is in great shape this early part of the season.
Mike
Realize the time of the year doesn’t bode well for good course conditions; but if you are going to charge in season rates then conditions should be better. Debris on the course and poor trap conditions have little to do with time of the year and more to do with routine maintenance. If time of the year precludes proper maintenance, then rates should reflect that.
I have played this course in the past and will play it again. When conditions are better it is enjoyable to play.
Long
This course has two par 5s over 450 yds for women. That is a bit much.
Great shape but slow play
Course is in great shape for this time of year. Maintenance crews are doing a good job. The rough is a little bit tall so can be hard to fine your ball here and there. The only problem with Norwich golf course is the pace of play is always super slow. If your going to play there it’s normal for it to be at lease a five hour round. Used to play it a lot and used to be a member there and it always plays slow. Other then that it’s a good course
