The third, a dogleg left of 376, typifies most of the holes on this course: not long, but challenging in other ways. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 07/13/2022

Seven ( # 3 index) seems like one of the best par-4’s in Connecticut. This photo doesn’t reveal just how tough it is to make a par here. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 07/13/2022

Excellent value
Excellent value for the money I paid to play this good course. The only drawback is the lack of a ranger monitor the pace of play. When we finally got to play through the rest of time was great. With the awesome deal from Last minute golfer it was worth it. Thanks I in CT
Great course
Norwich has always been a good course, but since they no longer have rangers the play at times can be very slow
greens are in better shape this year.
the course is in very good shape this time of the year the greens and fairways are well maintained. I will play again in the near future.
Slow round
Course in very poor conditions as well it is early in the season!
Good value
I enjoyed my round of golf at the Norwich Golf Course. The Pro Ship staff was friendly and welcomed me to the course. The practice green was in good shape, and I began my round as scheduled. The fairways were in relatively good shape for early this early in the seaeon, and the grrens were well maintained and in good shape. I finished the round in four hours and the pace of p,ay was consistent throughout the day. The carts were ckean, in good condition and the divot repair mix was full. The tee boxes were also well maintained and clean. Overall, a good value.
Greens are in excellent shape
This course is a nice little gem. Fairways are generous and the greens excellent. Reasonably priced.
Nice and well taken care of
I have always enjoyed this course and it helps that I live less than 3 miles from it. The greens are kept in good shape (though players still refuse to fix ball marks) and the fairways are also nice.
If you are a first-time player here it helps to have an experienced one in your group to show the best lines to some of the greens on the front nine, though. (can be confusing the first time)
All in all, a good course for the money and love the large practice putting green too.
Golf in November :)
Course was in amazing condition . Greens and fairways were immaculate. Some leaves but hey it's November in CT. Great value
Helter Skelter
Started as a foursome but the other three left the gate before me at #1. Hooked up with a member and we played 10 holes before he left the course . Played next three holes as single between groups. On #15, I was pleased to join twosome ahead of me, and we finished together. A pleasant afternoon to play and be flexible!
Norwich golf course
Great course for the money!
Good shape for this time of year
This course is consistently in good shape. Some of the greens are showing the wear and tear of a heavily played course. Despite this, they have managed to keep them very "puttable".
This was the fastest I've ever played this course. A special thanks to the foursome that was on the tee when we pulled up. They let us go off first as we were a twosome.
The layout is nice and can offer a challenge if you never played before.
Always enjoy plating this course
With the lack of rain in the area for many months the course was in pretty good condition. I've always enjoyed the course layout and have enjoyed playing it.
Looking forward to my next round.

The staff was very friendly. The course was in good shape given the dry summer in Ct. Although I haven't played the course in several years it is still one of my favorite courses in the area.
Nice place
Great layout this course makes your think on every shot love that.
not for me
four of us decided to play this course after reading so many positive reviews and we just couldn't figure out what all the hype is about. The greens we found to be in rather poor condition, fairway was okay considering hot, dry weather, tee boxes were also okay. It certainly did not warrant the expense. Do not plan to return.
Nice layout
Well designed. Interesting holes. Played in august heatspell and while not pristine, the course was in good shape for a muni. Very enjoyable round. Would recommend and return.
Greens and fairways are in great condition
My husband and I played this course for the first time and found it a very enjoyable experience. We have played dozens of public courses in CT and throughout New England and Norwich Golf Course is now on the list of places to return to again and again. It's also a good value when golf fees have become quite expensive at many courses. Friendly staff, too.
