The third, a dogleg left of 376, typifies most of the holes on this course: not long, but challenging in other ways. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 07/13/2022

Seven ( # 3 index) seems like one of the best par-4’s in Connecticut. This photo doesn’t reveal just how tough it is to make a par here. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 07/13/2022

Very Nice Ct course
My wife and I play regularly and we visited the Norwich area and decided to play the course. The layout was challenging and fair with pretty wide forgiving fairways. The greens were in very good condition and a bit soft after a little rain. We tee'd off on a Saturday just before noon and finished within 3 1/2 hours. The staff was very friendly but in the club house at in the bar/restaurant afterwards. Overall a very nice afternoon.
Qualty course, great value
Norwich is one of the few clubs on golf now in Connecticut that really severely lowers their prices when the weather is a little iffy I applaud them for that I tend to go to this course whatever those occurrences happen yesterday I played 18 with the cart for $14 at 12:08 in the afternoon Didn't rain a drop while I was playing and the coursed softened up a bit made for a little easier scoring . The course is in very good shape and the most interesting thing is there are no part threes on the front nine. I like the layout said sup better for my fade 10 most courses Would highly recommend at prices between 14 and $30
Nice older course
Staff was nice, price was good. First hole is a bit scary alongside the road (bad for us whose miss is a pull-hook) but that fairway and most of the others are wider than most courses. Lots of holes where placement off the tee is crucial, including the 16th where I hit my drive 280 and had 0-chance to hit the green because of the elevation (a hybrid would have been a better choice). Most greens and fairways were very good, although some greens on the back 9 were bumpy. Lots of sand, hills and elevated greens.
great day on the links
Had an enjoyable gold outing with my dad and brother. Nice course conditions.
Great Day
Course is plush and well maintained with a friendly staff.......I found a great Hot Deal for a friend's birthday gift.....will go back as soon as possible
And the restaurant has a fantastic menu and reasonable price
Good course but very slow pace
Took more than 5 hours to finish 18 holes which is ridiculous. Other than that it was a great course, great price and good restaurant inside.

Slow, slow, slow!
Play was unbelievably slow for a Thursday afternoon. There were twosomes that could have been paired. There were foursomes that did not belong on the course, and with no marshals, chaos ruled. Our round was 5+ hours and we waited on EVERY shot. One hole even had three foursomes in the fairway waiting to hit on the green. They were all hitting into each other out of frustration!
Shorter course but challenging
I really enjoy the layout of Norwich. I live close and play it often. The course is always in great playing shape regardless of the time of year. Also I'm usually a single golfer and I haven't been paired with any miserable attitudes to date. Great place to play and the cart girl was really nice and appeared often! I highly recommend to play at Norwich GC for a challenging yet fair round of golf.
GREAT EXPERIENCE
WINDY CONDITIONS MADE THE REALLY CHALLENGING FAIRWAYS ALWAYS GOOD AND THE RESTAURANT JUST GO THERE TO EAT.
Worth the travel
I ended up playing with 3 individuals who all had came out as a single and got along great. The course was in great shape for this time of year and the greens were also in great shape. The ranger had to break up one group, it really didn't effect us, but was good to know when pace is slowed. I would definitely recommend this course, which is also a stone throw away from Mohegan Casino
This course was in good shape for this early in the year
Course was in good shape, enjoyed playing it and would have enjoyed it even more if I would have played better.
Solid Course
The course layout is fun and challenging. Tee boxes and fairways were in decent shape and greens were excellent. Paid $20 per person for 18 holes with a cart, and you can't beat that with a stick. Recommend and will be back.
Challenging muni
I have played this course numerous times yet it still proves to be a challenging layout. Great muni course, great staff
beautiful course
course in excellent condition. first time playing. found greens very challenging. very nice layout.
Greens
The greens have recovered nicely from last winter
Course with variations
Good course with different variations. Staff was rude. After playing 18 staff walked up to us and requested we give cart back ASAP. I asked what the big deal was because when I got it they said it needs to be back at 5:30pm and it was only 4:30pm. He said we finished our round so we had to give it back. He was very aggressive and rude.
Wonderful course
Scenic and challenging course. Our only problem was we had a hard time finding our balls but maybe it was the direction of the sun (mid-day). Staff was very helpful and friendly. Really good value for such a fun and enjoyable course.
Always good
Norwich is always in pretty good shape, especially with how much play it gets. Pace is not the best due to new bees. Greens were on the slow side for norwich, usually above average in speed.
Disappointing
From the moment I stepped on the course, me and my gps disagreed on where I was standing. For a muni course, it was in fair shape, given the time of year but the design felt like someone just dropped a course on the side of a hill.
The greens had just been aerated, making the round worse.
Lost my interest after 10 holes...
