The third, a dogleg left of 376, typifies most of the holes on this course: not long, but challenging in other ways. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 07/13/2022

Seven ( # 3 index) seems like one of the best par-4’s in Connecticut. This photo doesn’t reveal just how tough it is to make a par here. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 07/13/2022

This sprawling bunker flanking the right side of hole 11 is typical of the challenges abounding on these eighteen. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 07/22/2020

The fourteenth green, at 560 yards, will take two Herculean shots to reach in two, but anything less may find its way into the small brook before it. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 07/22/2020

Nice condition and fun layout
Course was in nice shape, especially the greens. Medium green speed... Always a fun course to play.
Completely Happy
Staff was super nice. Course was in great shape. Some burned fairways on the back 9 but we have had a dry summer. Tee boxes and greens were perfect. Great round. Wish it was cheaper but it was a decent price.
Great value, interesting layout
Played this course for 1st time. Perfect day for golf (80, mostly sunny, light winds). Paired up with a local member who was very helpful at describing features of each hole; a couple of approaches played longer than yardage. First of all, greens were in fantastic condition. They are very undulating, but true. Also, landing areas off tees are very generous. Water and bunkers off tee are not an issue. Lots of elevation changes and doglegs. Pace of play was excellent, and staff was all very friendly. Will play this one again.
great condition and greens
The course was in great condition. Don't go out of the gateways you might not find your ball.
Good course, fun to play
Overall the course is well maintained and a fun course to play. There is one very short par-3, up-hill, that is like 105 yards, that is not a good par 3. Besides that the other 17 holes are challenging for all skill levels.
We'll kept
Nice course short par 4s but many elevated greens that are difficult to hold & putt .you will enjoy
This course is well-designed and maintained.
The fairways and greens are really great maintained. The condition of the entire holes are very good.
Good Value
Good Value for $48. Looking forward to playing again.
Norwich is a beautiful course
I enjoy playing Norwich. It's a long course, but worth the time you'll spend out there.
Great Track
Best course for the $ in Southern Connecticut. ...hands down the best value we found in some time! Very nice track....good greens and fairways...couldn't believe it was a muni-

Norwich Golf Course
I hadn't played this course for many years. It is in good condition and the staff are very friendly.
Great experience, great value
Course was in excellent shape, combine with a great deal from GolfNow and this was a no-brainer. Would definitely return.
Good deal
Good deal for a municipal course. Greens and fairways were in good shape, fairly easy course layout.
Highly Recommend
Fun & friendly atmosphere at this course. I got a cart and round with a prepaid food card ($10) for $48. That was a nice surprise. I noticed that all of the golf staffers wore the same clothing with name badges. I hadn't seen that at a public course before. The pace of play was good, around 4 hrs. The playing conditions were excellent. The greens were outstanding. This course gives a lot of side hill lies with some elevation changes. Very challenging layout for the yardage of only 6228. We all had a good time and the food was good too, definitely will play here again.
Nicely Maintained Muni
Had not played this course in 45 years. Called ahead for availability due to 30 min drive. Arrived mid-morning, mid-week. Staff very friendly. Teed off alone with instructions to join couple ahead of me. They ignored me so I played 2-3 balls each hole w/o holding up twosome behind me. Found the course in excellent shape despite a dry summer. The wide, tree-lined fairways were like a carpet, greens small but firm and rough fair. This course in definitely on my list to play again despite the longish drive now that I am somewhat familiar with it. It was well worth the commute.
