Very nice course
The Biltmore Links course is very scenic, playable but still challenging. The pace was good for a Saturday. The staff was helpful and friendly. Fairways were excellent and the greens were fast, true and in great shape.
The only reason I don’t rate this course with 5 stars is because of the very poor condition of the tee boxes. I could barely get a tee into the ground it was so hard and there was very little grass anywhere to be found. The tee is the only place you can and should have a perfect lie but it was the opposite of that. The tees are sloped irregularly and basically like a dirt patch. More of an impact on par 3s but bad esthetics too. I realize that round counts are off the charts but they could do better.
Great back 9
Very enjoyable course.
Would love to play it again.
Very scenic

Hit 8nto each other
Beautiful setting but golf carts everywhere no division btw holes. Rather dangerous.
Overpriced Muni
Nothing special about this track, but it’s priced as a top resort course.
Adobe - old and tired
Course was terrible for the price and over priced beer, pop, food etc. Although the high food and beverage price was expected the same of course was not. Again, $160 to play there was terrible. Our cart GPS quit on the 3rd hole and our playing partners was broke from the first hole. decent condition but course is a shooting gallery. For all the courses in Phoenix you can do much better
Layout is weird.
A very flat course and the layout of the Adobe and Biltmore is way too close to each other and you can easily get distracted which fairway to hit your ball. I know for our group did get confused which fairway to go sometimes. Greens are well maintained, but just disappointing since no one seems to fix divot and rake the sand traps after use. Overall its a very nice maintained course and houses around the fairways are really huge and very nice for some background photos with your golf buddies.
Not great
First time writing a review but it’s hard to judge what to expect based on some reviews.
This course is very much a wide open, uninspiring, municipal, it is by no means terrible if you expect that, but if you expect a good resort course, and tbh for the money you might, this isn’t it.
It’s short and wide open. The first fairway runs by the driving range and there are balls all over the fairway. Course was packed. Pace of play was ok…4 ish hours, but it’s pretty much impossible to lose a ball and short.
I paid $90. I would probably play it again for $20-30 tops.
Amazing course
This course went above expectations. Wide open, very forgiving fairways. Large and fun greens. You would really have to try hard to not have a great time on this course. Will definitely come back frequently. Keep up the great job.
Biltmore Links
Tee boxes on some holes were basically sand. Many people weren’t fixing ball marks on greens. Course was still fun to play!
