Rating review
The course is laid out good but the fairways have hardly any grass so you are hitting on dirt. The greens are good.
The course needs work.
So much dirt even the fairways the grass was thin.
Fun time
Fun course and prices are starting to come down. Staff is always friendly and nice.
Poorly Maintained
Would be a good course if it was maintained. Grass not kept up, seemed to have broken sprinklers so patches of mud on every hole. Restroom facilities in disrepair.
Disappointed
The condition of the course leaves a lot to be desired, and was way overpriced.
Horrible
We used to play here in 2018 - 2020 because it was close and not too bad. But then it went downhill. We decided to give it a shot because some of the reviews said it was better. WHAT WERE THEY THINKING? This course is horrible. Tee boxes, greens, and especially fairways. Every golf cart I saw (especially ours) had ripped seats with duct tape that kept sticking to our rears. Sad, because we used to enjoy playing here.
Inconsistent Conditions
The course was a disaster for the last few years, but they have made some investments into the irrigation system, and the course is coming along. However, the fairways still had several areas that were not in good shape (hard pan, with dormant grass). The greens were very inconsistent with very little grass and not very receptive to approach shots, some greens were very quick while others were much slower. There were several areas just off the fairways that were just dirt and not really playable. No idea why all golf courses don't adopt the colored flagstick approach (Red for Front, White for Middle, and Blue for Back of green) there was no rhyme or reason to the pin placements and did not coincide with the info and diagrams on the scorecard, which made it very difficult to judge distance in on approach shots. Overall, it was a very average experience and certainly disappointed to pay $85 for a course in that condition.
hot weather
it was a really hot day but he course was in good shape..greens rolled good...loats of ice for cooler...was happy with everything
