Arizona Grand Resort & Spa

Course layout is not for everyone with many severe slopes but in a beautiful resort setting. Fairways and greens were in good condition while a number of tee boxes were crowned. Lakes were not full, greenish, and smelled of dead fish. Starter was very helpful and friendly. Rangers patrolled the course, and they had a beverage cart dedicated to each side of course so customer service was great. Overall the experience was good with exception of smelly lakes.

They need to redo all of their greens. The rest of the course is well jept.

The Arizona grand is a unique track and test your club skill selection. The front nine is completely opposite of the back nine so it is like you are at two different courses. The only issue is they have some green issues with broccoli all over it making it difficult to make putts. The staff is very friendly and willing to help you in anyway possible, hopefully they get that under control soon because the course is fun.

Fun course with very interesting elevation changes. Some blind shots and odd layout of the holes. Not near clubhouse after 9…

A challenging course if you've never played it before. Lots of blind holes and greens had weeds.

Entertaining and challenging course. The 25mph winds added to the design challenges, but the course played well regardless. Front and back entirely different plays, as the back is desert golf. Great fun to have quail, rabbits, and roadrunners interacting on those holes. Evening was particularly fun. Surprising shot selection on every hole. Course conditions are not as good this year as in the past, especially the conditions on the greens- but still playable.
