Lookout Mountain lives up to its name, the elevation changes are beautiful. The course was in really good shape, greens very fast! Staff were all very friendly. Would be nice to have GPS on the carts. First time playing, went there based on other review. Would definitely recommend.

Fun course with lots of elevation change on the back nine. Staff was friendly. Other than the playing surfaces, the grounds and paths lacked maintenance and were pretty beaten up. If it’s your first time, beware... it’s very confusing trying to find the clubhouse and golf shop. Signage is very poor, so give yourself an extra 20 minutes to find the place. GPS for Pointe Hilton Resort, and not for Lookout Mountain Golf Club will save you some trouble.

Lookout Mountain is a fun course and a good challenge. The layout, other than a stupid hole 9, is interesting. There are good carries, well placed hazards and good - fast greens.

Not amazing but a good challenging course.

You will love this course, but it is tough to putt here. The greens are all heavily sloped and the ball will roll all the way down. Good luck out there!

Great views. Course had incredible elevated tee shots. Difficult greens. Make sure you are below the hole as much as you can.

Tee to green this course is only slightly challenging, offering huge fairways (on most holes) and short second shots. That said, get on or around the greens and the course becomes a lovely headache. We were fortunate to play with a gentleman who plays the course a handful of times a week and he gave us reads that I thought were ridiculous. Well, they weren’t. Awesomely fast greens with huge yet subtle steep slopes. You have to take a GOOD look at the entire green if you wish to make putts. Second shots are almost always better left 30+ feet short of the pin rather than 15+ feet past the pin. NEVER miss long and over the green as you will be left with a chip that is nearly impossible to get within 3-5’.

Course was in amazing condition, especially compared to other courses in the area this time of year. Fun and diverse layout. Looking forward to playing here again.

Great value for the course. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They invited us to come back and play once we were finished. Very important that they spoke to us after the round to find out if all went well and we enjoyed ourselves. Thanks for the great day.

One of my favorites in the valley. Greens super quick today and smooth. Awesome scenery

Course was in good shape, as always. Fairways cut at an ideal height and greens were fast but rolled true.

Not an easy course even at 6,300 yds. Careful on #9; lots of spin on the right portion of the green will cause the ball to roll back off the front resulting in an awkward uphill lie.

Make sure to bring your A game.

Staff has always been great but 19th hole has been closed for a while due to Covid.
