The golf course was picturesque, in great shape and was fun to play! Will play again soon.

Course in great shape greens fast and true but very difficult to read ....

You can hit the green in regulation but still come off with double bogey

Good for wildlife too

It was a bit difficult to find the pro shop. However, the course was in fantastic condition and enjoyable to play.

The 2 employees we encountered could benefit from customer courtesy training.

Played the Mountain Course 9/8/19 in the Sunday a.m. shotgun start. Rained for the first 20 minutes but the course drained quickly. Fairways and greens were absolutely spectacular. Green speeds were a little crazy with some very tough pin placements near the edges, but still very fun to putt. A great Sunday round.

Really should have a clubhouse close to parking lot. Getting to pro shop sucks and we shouldn’t have to pay guys to take our clubs up. Get your carts and pro shop closer to parking.

The course was in great condition. The fairways and greens looked great. The greens are always very challenging. Some of the fairways can be narrow. One of the best courses I've played in Tucson.

I live in Tucson and have played Ventana's Mountain and Canyon courses many times. I've also played most of the others in the area and both of Ventana's courses are among my favorites. The views are terrific, the holes are challenging, but the tees allow ample adjustment for skill levels, and the courses are almost always in very good condition. I would note, however, that I play mostly in the summer when the rates are down as these courses get expensive and crowded in the winter. Still, if you are a winter visitor, I'm pretty sure you will like these two courses.

This course was fantastic to play. Greens were fast but smooth. We played the canyon course. I would play this again for sure

But for some new patches by some of the greens, everything was immaculate.

Staff can be a tad indifferent to non-members I believe.

Otherwise, it was wonderful.

The course is in immaculate condition, you can’t find a dry spot on the fairway nor rough, even if you try. Tee boxes are well maintained, layout is challenging with tough bunkers. From the moment you drop-off your clubs, to the practice area, to the 18 hole; there isn’t a way to improve the experience. I highly recommend this course and will be definitely going back.

Ventana Canyon is a great place to play in summer. More often than not in great shape, today was excellent. The greens are FAST, and the layout is fairly tough. You pay $150 in winter, so playing this time of year for $30 is an absolute steal. Pace of play can be a little slow, but who cares when the surroundings are gorgeous and the golf course is excellent? The course was in fantastic condition - well done, Ventana Canyon!

Course was in amazing shape. Easy enough for the average golfer. It’s a little confusing to get around the canyon course but the views make it worth it.

Very Nice at this Time of the year. Perfect condition from the tee box too the Green.

Very good layout with great views. Greens were in excellent shape, fairways had some areas with no grass, which is to be expected this time of the year. Overall an excellent experience once you figure out where the golf shop is located. This is without a doubt one of, if not the best course in Tucson.

Great Day at Ventana Canyon golf course, pace of play was right under 4 hours.
