Outstanding course
I really enjoy playing Stone creek. Beautiful course and layout, quick pace when I played, and very friendly staff. I can’t think of any negatives!!
Convenience Galore!!
If you’re staying at the hotel, you simply walk out you front door to putting green, driving range, and clubhouse!! Great food and wonderful staff!
Trashy and Slow pace of play
Trash all over the course. Looked like the mowers didn’t care when mowing and shot it everywhere. Pace of play was terrible
Called Stonecreek for a reason
Hidden in the middle of the city this course has the links feel with holes going out then in bisected by a creek filled more with stones than water. Plenty of tee choices to challenge any golfer and nicely shaped and tiered greens to challenge your putting. A superb course that is off the top-10 list so it is more accessible and affordable.
Trash everywhere and muddy
Course was alright had good fairways I have never seen so much trash on a course before.
back 9 plus breakfast
It was what was expected for summer golf in AZ on a municipal type course. $35 got us the back 9 at 6:12 AM and a good breakfast.
Sloppy Course, Sloppy Play
The course was horribly maintained. It had rained the night before, so I was surprised sprinklers were on in several places, creating standing water amd muddy spots in many places. Rather than close portions of muddy fairway, they had clearly allowed golf carts to freely drive everywhere. It was clear this wasnt just on the day I was playing. The grass was severely damaged. I would not golf here again because of the cpurse conditions and pace of play but it was a good value and for a golfer learning the game this would be a good course.
Meh. Greens putt like the moon surface. Bumpy and covered in ball marks
Wouldn’t go back here if it was $10. Greens were terrible. Bunkers have no sand. For a public city course this would be average.
