This RV resort has 331 sites and features an 18-hole championship course and 9-hole executive course onsite. The resort features tennis, an outdoor pool, pickleball, volleyball, fitness center and shuffleboard among other outdoor activities. It is also located near baseball spring training facilities. Haven’t played here since Christmas, course is in terrible shape
An enjoyable round
Teed off mid-morning on a fairly hot (low 90s) day. Paired with a couple who were visiting the area. A pleasant couple to play 18 with. Course was in good condition. Greens on the fast side but to my liking and very putt-able. Pace of play was excellent as we played in just under 4 hours at 3:50. As always at Viewpoint, staff, from pro shop to starter to beverage cart lady (Christine), were pleasant and helpful.
I usually play this course 4-5 times during the snowbird season. I will certainly do so again next fall/winter. A good choice at a reasonable green fee.
Tough Greens!
The course was in great shape. Fairways were nice and green. The putting surface on the greens was very fast and difficult due to the undulations. I would definitely play this course again. Thank you to Bob the person who greets you at the cart area. He was very nice and professional.
Good course
Like the layout and it has challenging holes. Course in good condition for this time of year in spite of drier conditions.
Greens fast although in pretty good condition.
Fairways were somewhat thin but not too bad.
Slow play had our group waiting on virtually every hole and there didn't appear to be anyone out enforcing play to keep moving. Opportunity for improvement.
Great little course to play. Fairways are a little shaggy but to be expected for this time of year. very challenging greens all pretty much on a dome but a fun little course all in all.
Pleasant Surprise
Excellent pace. Very good conditions. Staff very nice and friendly. Cold beverage afterwards was primo!
Kim was very short with conversation. Shurgged her shoulders and never smiled or seemed not very helpful. Fat Willy's was excellent service. Especiall
Course was dry needs Water and a little TLC. No sand in bunkers. Like hitting off concrete greens were true fairways need water. WATER. Tee boxes were in good shape. Overall good course. Staff ie. Kim could be a lalot friendly since golfers are paying money to golf at her course
Viewpoint 9 hole
Being a new resident to Mesa, this was my third golf course I played on. It was by far the best out of the three. Everybody was soooo nice and friendly and the course was kept in such good shape.

Look somewhere else
They didn't have enough golf carts, the staff was anything but friendly, had no courtesy, and worst of all didn't care.
The pace of play was horrible, with no ranger and no beverage cart.
Excellent spring conditions and 4 hour round.
We teed off at the scheduled time. Greens are quick and challenging. Rough is still dormant Bermuda. Fairway grass is very good. Finished in just under 4 hours.
