Always fun very accommodating staff. Course is ready for winter grass.

When tee time booked, no alert warning was indicated on website. Showed up and paid and THEN the gentleman outside (ranger) said “Lots of maintenance people working to strip fairways for overseeding in few days. Very little grass in fairways so you will likely move ball around to find patches of grass. But greens are good.”

At least 5 greens had circular rows of grass clippings still on them. On 1 hole, I was about 15 yards off the green and was addressing the ball when a mower cutting fringe of green drove right in front of me.

I’m familiar with prep work for overseeding. We would have played some where else had the course put out an alert warning and returned to play this course later this year. My playing partner doesn’t plan to come back.

Played 18 holes on this day and teed off near sunrise. Decent course for the money, pace of play was on us as second group off for the morning and we followed a two-some. Short and easy layout with minimal hazards but greens were soft, receptive and rolled true especially for early September. Would recommend as an option for the $50 dollar range just don't expect to use driver too often at only 6k from the tips

I enjoyed the course and thought it was in pretty good shape for late summer in Phoenix! The fairways were mostly green and there were just a couple greens that were dry and bumpy! Staff and marshal were very congenial and overall I liked the layout and views! I will definitely be backiagain soon.

Played on Aug 17, paired with two younger guys who were very polite and matched our type of play! Most tee boxes in fair shape, fairways surprisingly better than most courses for summer, rough conditions were typical hard pan, and greens were running slow probably due to recent watering. Cold water stations noted, beverage cart came by, and the ladies restroom was finally updated sort of! Staff was great! Overall the course looked better than the last time played.

Both outside staff workers are great. They are very helpful, genuine and truly want you to have a fun day on the course. The pace of play was great-just over 2 hours for the round. Not many on the course at noon. The course is in very good shape considering the extreme summer heat. The greens rolled true. The fairways are in great shape. No complaints about bare spots. It is something that can't be said about other more expensive courses in the valley. Keep up the good work. I'll be back soon.
