Plays fairly long but is pretty forgiving on most holes so if you really crank-up a shot off line its not too penalizing. Traps had nice sand however they were inconsistent depending on where they were located - some clearly get watered and were subsequently firm/wet while others were fluffy and dry. Driving range was closed, lack of staff to pick up balls? All in all, well worth the trip to the middle of nowhere!!

I have played this course many times. We teed off early in the morning. My wife and I got paired with a random 2 some. Great! We teed off like usual and headed out. Around the sixth hole the Marshall pulls up while we are approaching the green and says we need to play faster. I look back and see no one behind us. But we say ok no problem and continue on. We finish 9 stop and grab a drink and head to 10. Play 10, 11, and head to 13 a par 3. We tee off 1 on the green 3 just short of the green. Pulling up to second shots the Marshall shows up again. Hi folks we need you to speed it up. Now by this time I’m irritated. There has LITERALLY BEEN NO ONE BEHIND US OR IN FRONT FOR LAST 3 HOLES. I tell him this and he tells me the group behind you is finishing up on the green. At this point I know he is lying. So I said no they are not. Mind you I’m with my wife. So my wife says ok thanks we we will. My wife and I are decent golfers. I shoot 80’s and she’s around 100’s. By no means were we playing slow or the group we were paired up with. We get to the green finish up and there is a hill you can see the last hole. I look back and I see the Marshall pulling up to talk to a group in the middle of the fairway. They had not even hit yet.The group behind us all day had a bigger man with a very bright pink shirt. Extremely noticeable. This was the same group the Marshall told us was on the green behind us. This is beyond frustrating and very hard for me to understand why twice we were being pushed to go faster when there clearly was not an issue. We finished 18 and never saw the group behind us or in front of us. Not once did the group behind us see us tee off or have to wait to tee off. THIS WAS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!! I honestly feel like we were being singled out because we had a woman with us and they assumed she was playing slow. OUTRAGEOUS!!! Extremely unprofessional. I would expect more from a Marshall at a place you pay this kind of money. I don’t EVER WRITE REVIEWS. But felt the need to after getting the email. I hope I never experience that rudeness again at this course. Or it will be my last time spending my money there.

This was a great experience. The course is gorgeous, difficult, and in perfect condition. I highly recommend this golf experience.

Lil windy. But beautiful. Had a 5 some hitting up on us. We had guys in front of us so that wasn’t cool. Finished under 4 hours. Wonderful course.

I play this course often. Great layout. Just enough challenge to be lots of fun. The views are fantastic. The course is nearly back to perfect condition. The staff is always friendly and professional.

I’m a beginner golfer and I’ve played at about 10courses in the last year and Yocha is the best. The course layout is great, several holes had very nice scenic view.

The course was in great shape. Staff was great from club drop off to the time we left to go home. My only ask would be maybe a few more rakes around the larger sand traps

To many golfers were not raking there foot prints holes after being in the trap. I know this is the players but a few extra rakes would help. Thank you.
