I've been waiting to play this course for over 6 months and it was worth the wait.

Yes, it was a bit cold at 8 AM on Thanksgiving morning but the staff did their best to help us by providing us with water, coffee, and warm towels. The marshal's were very friendly and let us know when we could drive on the grass.

The course itself was beautiful and very challenging. I would love to see this play when the vineyards are in full bloom and when it's not as cold. My only regret is not checking out the 19th hole.

Interesting holes all around and corse in great shape. Greens rolled true; golfers, pick up your feet when you walk and don't drag them creating drag marks. Ditto on not dragging clubs off the green. Buck up!

The course was in fantastic shape albeit the greens. The greens on this course are a little soft, so when they get a lot of play they can get bumpy in the afternoon. Minus that, it was another amazing round of golf at this fantastic gem of a golf course!

If it were possible to give 6 stars for staff friendliness I would not hesitate. From the moment my clubs were taken out of my car to the moment they were shined up before I left we were treated absolutely great. The golf course was in great shape, and there were water stops every few holes. Our tee time was after 3 PM, so my teenage son played for free, courtesy of the Troon Family Golf program. Great course, great service, I will definitely go back.

Very fun golf course. Lots lots of variety in the holes up down left right. Greens rolled true and semi fast.really enjoyed the Par 4 split fairway,( I always have to go left )booked on a Friday and finished under 4 1/2 hrs they don't get much nicer than this .:)

Have played Yocha a number of times this year and it never disappoints. The course is always in great condition and pace of play has always been perfect. Great variety of tee-boxes for every skill level and each hole is interesting - absolutely love the opening tee shot! Free range balls, super friendly and courteous staff, outstanding clubhouse and amenities along with the best golf carts that have one of the best GPS systems I've ever seen.

In my opinion, Yocha Dehe is one of just a few "must play" public courses in the area.

An interesting and fun course that all my friends raved about, and one that I had really been looking forward to playing. Unfortunately, it didn't turn out as we had hoped.

Our t-time was right after the last group of a tournament which resulted in a 5.5 hour round. That occasionally happens, so as golfers we learn to live with it. Doesn't mean we have to be happy about it though.

Would recommend taking a pass on the snack bar. The food was not of the quality you might expect and was over-priced.

My biggest issue was with the greens though. The grass was so thin that it was difficult to properly repair ball-marks. Hadn't played greens with that much sand since I played in Oklahoma.

All those negatives aside, I would probably play this course again. It is a fun challenge and has a staff that can't seem to do enough for you. Give it a try, maybe we just caught them on a bad day.

Course recently arieated thus low conditions rating, otherwise excellent. No tees marked for seniors or shorter hitters (normally whites). Many 400+ par 4's with 200 yd carries and 234 yd par 3 with no lay up ... really? If you consistently drive 230+ a great course, otherwise go to the casino!

Yoche is a premier course. There are deals out there. A "C" note is always tough for the average golfer to swallow but find a deal.....anything less than $80 is a steal at this course

Overall a great value considering the course, condition, staff and facilities. A must play if you are ever considering a fun course to play.

We enjoyed this round and liked the course. A good ranger (hard to find on most courses) split up a very slow group in front of us after only two holes; and as a result, saved the round and our sanity.

Thank God they give you as much water as you can drink every 3 holes or soo.It was 103 when we went,I drank more water that day then any I can remember.Course was amazing with running water at many holes,water carries and amazing scenery.Oh and the carts....Absolutely the best ever,these are the Ferrari of golf carts without hesitation.Somewhat pricey for me and in the middle of nowhere unless your headed that way but an amazing course to shoot.

Other courses should send their employees there to see how they take care of the golfers

Yocha is a prime venue and easily a $100 course. Aside from its location off the beaten path, this course has not disappointed in the half dozen or so times I've played it. The course is challenging and long at nearly 7000 yards from the tips, but also fair. The service and amenities are country club like.

Booked a last minute tee time. Had issues with them not noticing I reserved a tee time and gave me a cart full of trash. Other than that I finished my round under 2.5 hours. Great place to challenge your skills.

Great golf coarse worth the money and the drive just one complaint. I've played here two times and even though the greens run true and at a good speed they are hideous to look at they are the ugliest greens I've ever seen.

Love the course layout and very well maintained.the greens where in fine shape and fast the way I wish most courses are. I can't wait until they build a new hotel here so there be more stay play because the casino makes this course even more worth while to go. Can't wait to play it again.

Course is very expensive (even with GolfNow rates) but at least the staff does everything they can to make it an outstanding experience. This makes a big difference. Comparing it to another course similar in quality -- Primm golf club Lakes course -- Primm has NO water at all on the course and even restroom sink had non-potable water. YDH has refrigerators full of water bottles every few holes. Both have ice chests with ice but YDH has towels in ice to keep ypu cool and others to keep your clubs clean.
