Didnt like the overall condition Especially the greens
Lots of trees
Trees make the heat very tolerable. This is a good choice for those dreading the intense sun of the desert.
Poor conditions
Course is not well maintained and dry. Green 10 is not even a green.
Water Everywhere
Conditions at the time I played were not Palm Springs like for this time of the year, but for the reduced prices they are charging, it is a good choice for a practice round. The torrential rains only damaged the first hole on the mountain nine. It is virtually unplayable due to the damage to the fairway from flooding. The rest of the course featured smooth rolling greens, but hard dirt-like bunkers. The fairways are hard and thin, so it's a good idea to play preferred lies in the fairway (winter rules everywhere else). That being said, this course layout is extremely difficult. There is more water on this course than the courses at PGA West: sometimes on both sides of the fairway.
Bit Beat Up
Course was pretty beat up. Greens were dry, patchy & inconsistent. Staff were great, not sure if we'll return. Decent value for the money.
Condirions
Poor conditions. Greens were poor and the fairway even worse (not that I played much from the fairway) . Staff was friendly and helpful and pace of play was quick.
Skip this one
Course is one of the ones where the fairways seem to have the consistency of tight wavy hair that’s been over frizzed. It’s almost not a fairway. Greens are fast; some of them bare earth with a feel like old concrete. On the 10th or 11th hole, I thought a plane had released jet fuel upon a large portion of fairway and green. Maybe not god forsaken, but bad for a budget course, 10-15dollars would be reasonable for it. Play Palm Desert Resort Country Club it’s not much more and conditions are buttery smooth.
Naw bro
All bad. In shambles. Greens are burnt. Hitting off dirt mostly. Place will be bankrupt if they don't figure it out. Not even worth the $35 twilight rate.
course has really gone downhill
This used to be such a nice course-not anymore. The grounds were in terrible shape
Needs a lot of TLC
Overall the course was in a bit of disrepair with rough fairways, a lot of downed tree branches and heavily diseased greens.
Course needs some improvements
I played in April 2023, course was not in good shape. Fairways and rough were sparse and the grass was not very nice.
