No marshals to monitor. Two groups ahead of us took 2 hrs 15 min to play front 9. Many holes open ahead of them.
My cart didn't have a reverse.
Overall this course is just ok for the desert. Good values at less than $45. Wouldn't pay more to play here.
The Indian 9 is funky layout, and it seems to be the one they use the most.
Greens were just ok for coming out of overseed.

This course is a little rough around the edges. Not well manicured. I enjoyed the course and the green are firm and fast. I would play it again.

I would recommend the course to all my friends and fellow golfers. Great value compared to many other courses in the Coachella Valley.

My favorite course , close to home and a sweet approach to simply feeling good!
Good course lay out and great for people with a higher handicap! I never feel rushed and therefore I will be back tomorrow and the next and so on.........

I would recommend IPCC to all levels of golfers. It is a wonderful place to place at reasonable prices. It is one of the oldest courses in the Coachella Valley, great history.

Course had a lot of debris strewn around due to the winds of last weekend. The Royal Course was much better than the Mountain 9 holes. We had a few balls that ended up in thick piles of branches and palms littered on the sides of the fairway. Lot's of small items strewn across the fairways, sometimes made it difficult to locate a ball. Greens were extremely fast, and didn't hold a chip shot on to them. The greens need to be watered a bit to cure that ill.

The course was not great. Played mountain and Royal. Uneven rough dry fairways.and weeds and grass in some sand traps. Landscaping not appealing. Most greens ok. Bathroom in ladies room dirty and overfilled waist
Baskets and empty toilet containers. Dirty sinks . . Patio a little depressing dusty and not attractive. Weeds in planters and plants not attractive. In planters Was so nice last year. Food and drink good . Hope all will change. All employees were great. Friendly and helpful.

No drinking water on the course. Hasn't been any for years, and they don't offer you any or put any on the carts. You have to take a cup into the bar and ask for ice.
There had been a very strong wind, and lots of leaves, branches, etc on the ground, but they were working on it. Biggest concern was 'are they sanitizing ? I didn't see anyone cleaning them, the marshal said they were cleaned, but it would be helpful to be able to see that, and also, the cleaned carts should have sign that they have been cleaned.
All in all, not too bad. Three of us played 18 in 3.5 hours!

Condos were a tad close to my liking. I would feel terrible if I hit a bad shot and injured someone or something. :))
