The course is absolutely fantastic and in great shape. Staff is awesome as well. There is really no downside minus there not being a range. But there is ample areas to chip and putt and they even put out a nice hitting net area to at least get loose. Minor inconvenience to have the privilege to play such a beautiful and historic course. Absolutely will play here again and recommend to give it a play if you're in the area.

Great course and above all staff friendliness especially from the starting box a gentleman named Jose Cortez !! He makes me go back to that course everytime! Such an experience maker

Fantastic course, pace of play was great as a twosome. 4 groups in front of us let us play through. Greens and fairways were pure. Only gripe was the maintenance crew had no awareness. For a 940 tee time there were about 20 groundskeepers on the course driving in the middle of fairways as we were teeing off. Starting mowers and blowers mid swing or putting. Just expected some more situational awareness on their behalf. Would definitely go back.

Went to Monterey wirh my wife. Snuck out early as a single to play "9". Staff was terrific. Moved me up and paired me with another single. Played 18 in less than 3 hours. Course in great shape. Perfect way to start my day.

Del Monte is over100 years old, so pretty short by today's standards. However, the greens are tiny, with severe back to front slope and thick rough around them. If you are wide of the greens big numbers are in play.

Got a great rate to play Pebble Beach Resort course. This course is a hidden gem in the Monterey Peninsula!! It’s was in great shape, not super long but the holes are defended by well placed bunkers and tiny greens. The course was an excellent shape - Tee boxes, fairways and greens. Pace of play was great in the afternoon and on a holiday weekend. Definitely play it again!! Take care

We played early morning, grass wet from recent rainstorm. Will definitely play this course again when we're in the area again. Staff were exceptional!!

Haven't played this course in 10+ years. I was happily surprised with my return visit. Great condition - consistent well-groomed bunkers, nice tee boxes, posh fairways and true greens. I will happily add Del Monte to my Monterey options.

Had a great time playing this great course. Green’s were were fast and the sand in the traps was really nice. Fairway s were really nice and the rough was rough but manageable.

It would have been nice to hit some balls to warm up before the round but overall it was a good value for the money considering the extremely high prices of the surrounding resort courses.

Del Monte was in great shape for early spring conditions. Greens and bunkers were top notch. Looks like they'd scored the fairways recently, but didn't take away from the playability at all. New tee box sod on several holes have filled in nicely and all were open for use. #13 tee shot from the whites is getting more difficult as the oak trees/bushes in the ravine are making the fairway, and thus your fellow golfers, hard to see. A trim is in order.

Del Monte Golf Course delivered a great overall experience from start to finish. Check-in was quick and efficient, making it easy to get settled and ready to play without any hassle. The restaurant staff was friendly and attentive, and the food came out quickly with plenty of time to spare before teeing off..

The starter gave our group a warm welcome, setting a positive tone for the round. Out on the course, the beverage cart attendant was pleasant and made multiple rounds, which didn’t go unnoticed. Pace of play was smooth for a weekday morning, allowing us to enjoy the round without feeling rushed or delayed.

Even with a slight drizzle, course conditions held up well and didn’t impact play. Overall, a well-run course with great service. I’d gladly come back.
