Quail Lodge & Golf Club

From tee to green i felt inspired to hit quality shots. That's what this course deserves. It's got an extremely inviting lay out. The practice facility is top notch huge putting green, great little range with plenty of flags to go at. It had back to back Par 5's which is so incredibly fun. None of the Par 3s feel the same. It's nestled inside of a beautiful residential area without that crowded vibe. It's a massive property and so fun to play. Very walkable but the carts are really nice. It's got all the amazing items in the pro shop, don't leave empty handed. You've gotta see this place!

The course layout runs through a beautiful valley that makes playing extraordinary and can be scored on with proper risk and reward course management.

Fantastic golf course in the Monterey area. Excellent conditions from tee to green. Lightening fast greens in superb condition the day I played. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Restaurant and bar top notch. The only downside I could find was not having the opportunity to warm up with driver on the range due to the restricted distance of 225 yards on the day I played. The first hole is a par 5 with a generous fairway so it calmed the nerves regardless. Fantastic day of golf.

The course was in excellent conditions. Pace of play was great. Staff was friendly & helpful. Great time! Would be our first choice again when visiting the area.

Course was awesome!!!!, it wasn’t busy at all that day finished in 3 hours 15 mins which also made it . The greens were rolling slick can’t wait to come back

Easily one of the better courses in the area. Difficult bunkers made it an enjoyable experience. Grass quality was great but way to many divots. Played the course after a member tournament and the course was beat up.

Nice course, good condition. Booked and paid online. Checked in with staff in the clubhouse upon arrival.

Had to wait on a twosome a couple of times but that happens on occasion anywhere.

Unfortunately the staffs incompetence in balancing a drawer or understanding receipts led them to send someone out (on the 5th fairway) to erroneously tell me that I had only paid for one player.

I showed receipt proof of purchase and they drove away.

Don’t do that.

And certainly don’t do it in their backswing.

I doubt I’ll return to play at this course, simply for that experience.

My son and I play Quail Lodge in the late afternoons/eves and usually finish 18 with a cart. This is the first time that we took one of our dogs. The course is dog friendly, leashed and away from greens. We had a blast. The greens were punched a few weeks ago and were not as perfect as usual, but we couldn't have enjoyed the late saturday round any more. Thank you Quail!

It’s a very good course. I found a really good deal on Golfnow and for the money it was a great experience. I would have a hard time fathoming spending the $300 that is the rack rate. The golf course was very solid. Not the most exciting layout. Many holes are very tight with houses bordering the fairways. Conditioning is very very good from tee to green. Would recommend.

Great course. Staff were very friendly. Wish a ranger was out to speed up play but overall good experience.

First group out on a Saturday. Foggy but not dense and it had misted overnight. Course was in exceptional condition. Great day!
