Evening with my sons
The staff were so accommodating and friendly, and a tournament was wrapping up that cleared the course and we had pristine conditions pretty much all to ourselves for the evening. Magical round with my boys!
Beautiful course
Amazing course but!!!!! The service at club house could have been better.
Fun Round
First time playing at Quail in several years. Very enjoyable course in excellent condition with interesting holes, beautiful views, very playable and walkable, and a great value with the Hot Deal I was able to obtain. Conditions were sunny and pretty windy while playing in the mid-afternoon. We got around in about 3 hours 45 minutes which is great for an afternoon on a resort course. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the range was nice as well. This is a terrific option if you can get a good deal.
Quail
Quail is always an enjoyable round. Always sunny there and in immaculate condition. One of my favorites in the area.
Beautiful course
Course is always in great shape. Front 9 greens were a little bumpier than last time I played here but still in good shape. Always a fun day out here.
Resort course in good shape but way overpriced
I’ve played this course multiple times, the green fee used to be reasonable, but it was raised too much and it’s not worth it anymore. My last visit confirmed it and I will not return. Course is in good condition though, design is okay for a resort course. The area is very nice and beautiful. The driving range is very short and dangerous, someone could and would hit a car passing by.
We understand that a private golf course is also a real estate development And there will be houses around the course.
However, this course is so badly designed that at almost every hole you hear a car passing next to you. It’s like you play golf inside of a highway.
Playing golf is a calm and quiet sport where you want to be with the voice of nature. In this course you can hear at any time a car voice or the noise from the highway.
Gorgeous golf course
Played here a few times last year as well as this year. The course is in great conditions. It is on the semi challenging site considering all the other courses in the neighborhood. Overall, I would highly recommend to play this course if you are in the area. There are a few holes that are Challenging, but overall, I’d say that this course is for players of all levels except beginners.
Quail late afternoon Saturday
Perfect weather and course conditions, with just a slight bumpiness to the greens. Great conditions…
Unbelievable value $44 Hot Deal
Played Quail for the first time on a Tuesday at 4:00PM. Was paired with another player who was familiar with the course and we played 18 in under 3 hours. Course was nearly empty, conditions were the best I have personally seen, and the weather was Carmel-perfect. I think the deal was $54 and then I used my monthly tee time credit to bring the total down to $44. I had an awesome time and would love to play this course again. I won't be paying full price, just because I don't like spending that much on golf, but for those who don't mind, this course is really up there. The only differentiating factors compared to a Pebble or Sawgrass etc., are the history and architecture. In terms of conditions, you probably won't find anything better outside of Augusta.
