Stuck between grandpa Ed and zizzy top
Pace was super slow at 4.5 hrs after pushing group in front. Practice area was weak. Had us hitting off down slope
Less than expected course conditions
Course needs a lot of care and upkeep. It’s apparent they (mgmt) doesn’t want to put money into the course other than maintain. Really below average course in desert/Palm Springs area.
Resort course
Played 9 holes late in the day.
Have played here many times before.
Average course with ridiculous price but that’s the case throughout the valley.
Good Day on Course
Staff was very friendly. Greens were in great shape. Fairways good. Rough is very dry and hard to play from. Course lay out is great and views are beautiful with mountains in background. Pro shop has necessary items but does not offer much in way clothing. Small, limited item restaurant.
Good value
Nice layout, staff and value for the cost. Range needs improvement of balls and conditions.
Carts have GPS and 4 hr round should be enforced. We played in 4 hrs and 30 mins too slow when majority of greens and tees and close to each other.
It’s a Pete dye course.
Loved the facilities. Great staff. Beautiful views. Anyone who plays Dyes courses knows the challenges. It can beat you up but if you are accurate and know your distances you will love it.
Rough needs some attention
We're avid golfers shoot in the 80's play 4 -5 times a week. The fairway was nice, greens were beautiful.
The rest was subpar. I wasn't in it much but it seemed whatever type of grass looks neglected or maybe thats the way it is supposed to be. I wouldn't recommend for a higher handicap.
Better than expected
Some cool holes, nice layout and in very good condition.
Loved the course and the homes on the course.
Got to get a pro shop that reflects the course. I really feel the metal building impacts peoples perception as they drive up to the parking lot.
1st time
We played early 8am and finished in under 4 hour. Course is average length.. but the challenge is narrow fairways. and water!.. enjoyable round.. will play again.
Solid Option in the area….
There are nicer courses in the area, but the value here is pretty good. Practice area is good. The fairways and greens are in really good shape. The layout is really good. Very playable and the holes get better as you go. This is definitely worth the time.
A beauty to play!
Course was in gr8 shape, fairways lush and greens rolled true and fast! Peter Dye dies sone nasty stuff around the greens, they attempt smallish and rolling off into the many grass bunkers will happen!!!
