Westin Mission Hills Golf Resort & Spa

Save your money. The course conditions were worst I’ve played in 20 yrs. The facilities were sad at best. Carts have not been cleaned in months. Shop staff were confused and unhelpful. Given the other options in the valley I can’t believe anyone plays here. I know I won’t do so again .

I am happy with this course in general. The failure is the signage, especially the holes and the snack bar near the clubhouse. Terrible. I got lost, ran late at the turn. No one needs this unecessary aggravation, golf is aggravating enough as it is!

One of my favorites. If not for the snarky dreadlocked starter it was perfect.

Excellent layout. Super slow round with the foursome ahead at a turtle pace. We opted to play the front nine twice in order to finish.

Price to value not there or we got way better value on the other places we booked

Ranger needs to be more active. Should provide more tees. Wet towels?

Had a overall great time playing Mission Hills for the first time. Challenging holes, beautiful backdrops. Starter (originally from Iowa) super friendly and helpful! Sorry, forgot his name. Pace of play was good. Our group caught a slower 3 some and slowed it a bit, but overall good. Fairways and greens were really good shape. We will return for sure.

The shop staff quality etc exceeded the overall course quality. Tees fairways & greens (not all but most) were good to excellent but the bunkers - yes I was in 4 of them - need serious attention. A Dye track so water aplenty with some great features of risk reward. Did not see a cart person for refreshments which on a desert course would be a good idea. Met some great people in my foursome so I enjoyed my day but too many other quality options in PS PD to make this a must play, sorry Westin.

Very average overpriced golf course at best. Fairways were s very skimpy overseed. Rough did not exist as it was mostly dirt and sand. Pro-shop personnel were friendly, stater was very good but the snack bar was very crass as if she was doing us a favor by being there. I attempted to buy a beer at the turn, rang the little bell and she just walked out and away.

This course should not be priced above $50 in the condition it was in.

If a course is built, it should be played. If you don't like it don't go back. I nor my friends will not be back.
