Wonderful course and staff
Clubhouse is very welcoming. All staff extremely helpful and everyone has a great attitude. I enjoy playing at any time and appreciate the twilight rates as well. Thanks to everyone there. Keep up the great work. And see you all soon.
Thank you !⛳️
Overall relaxing round
Worst concern is the lack of an ranger for as long as can remember so to keep the younger players in check from jumping from hole to hole at will, guessing because never taught proper etiquette.
That alone disrupts pace .
In last year alone maintainance has improved course conditions immensely.
What is a crying shame is that the main structure has been let go for so long (or to be fair maybe because of age alone) parts of it have been condemned by the county.
Weird setup
So the course is basically 3 9-hole courses that wind thru a nice layout with lots fun challenges and long par 3’s. However the rough SWALLOWS any ball, making it super hard to find even if you’re not in the woods. Greens are decent for the price.
Pace of play seems to be the only thing that sucks in this course. You have the option to play any 2 of the 3 courses, but usually when you start the turn you WILL get stuck behind a group. Better than country club of Miami.
Value for Money
Course was a bit rough but for $45 at this time of year it was worth it. Lots of water and carries off the mid to back tees. Some narrow areas off the tees. Greens were in decent shape. I’d play the course again.
Greens 9/10, everything else 6/10
Nice and consistent greens, but average fairway/rough/sand conditions. Pace of play particularly bad that day, but usually not an issue. Much improved.
Good for the money
You can’t beat $40 especially in South Florida. I was a bit reserved as some of these least expensive courses are in such bad shapes but I was very happy to see the greens in the shape they were. Could the fairway better? Yes. Could the rough areas be better? Yes, but the greens were great and that was big and for $40, yes I’ll play it again.
Course and pro shop needs renovation.
This course has a lot of potential to be a top location to play at.. The greens and tee boxes are getting better but still needs improvements in order to compete with other golf courses in the area. . I walked in the pro shop and immediately noticed the air conditioning barely kept the shop cold / cool. Pro shop just seems outdated and needs TLC.
Many weeds
The ferways are in really bad shape, thebtee boxes need a lot of help. There is a little grass just weed.
Probably never coming back again as a local
Conditions are horrendous, price should’ve been pennies
course absorbs 3 weeks of rain
south floridas annual rainfest in september can undo the best of courses but this muni took the best punch and still is playable especially for the golf now price
Do Not Waste Your Money
This was by far the worst round of golf i have ever had. The course just was completely neglected. No rangers going around to monitor pace of play. We finsihed out 0825 tee time at 1430. Groups somehow are inept and cut in front. The grass was not cut at all, you could not find your ball on the fairway, not the rough, the fairway.
Don't waste your money, only good part is the grass driving range but that was horrendous too.
Horrible conditions, slowplay
it was uncut, you lose every ball even if on the fairway. so slow, with no rangers. i mean $50 bucks for this? terrible, don’t waste the money
