Amazing day at The Leaf
From the staff to the course, everything was world class. Really enjoyed the course layout, the food and drinks, and hospitality. Definitely will return.
Saltleaf
Course in good shape. A couple quirky homes but overall very nice. All high end carts and friendly staff. We basically had the course to ourselves on a Weds at Noon.
Nice course -
First time playing, it was nice and in good shape but the price for 18 is far too high. The staff is great but I would agree with other reviews over the lack of practice facilities.
Superb setting
The course layout within the nature preserve was beautiful. Wish we had arrived earlier than we did to spend more time in the complimentary range. All of the employees were fabulous. They were gracious, informative and helpful. The greens were tough because they were fast, but they were fair… it was just us!
Rain was not our friend
Played the front nine only due to intermittent rain. Fairways are hard and allow plenty of roll. Greens are fast and run true. Lots of water to avoid but no sandtraps - just hardpack waster bunkers - Like Tiburon.
Resort course
They have cut everything back on this course from Raptor Bay days. No bunkers. Only waste areas. Greens were fast. Confusing layout now. Preferred Raptor Bay.
78 yr od 14 hc player
I am 78. Do not hit the ball far. So take my comments accordingly. Played it twice. First time sand on greens and too quick. But Nice layout. Greens not 78 year old 14 handicap amateur friendly a little quick. Second time no sand but still quick. Course needs water and needs to mature.
Only negative -practice range off of artificial and a net at say 100 yards with really no intermediate yardage green for warm up / practice.
Would place it again if below $200 / in season.
Great track!
The course was in great shape and the employees were awesome. Highly recommended this course.
Impeccable course. You definitely won't regret playing!
Probably the best course I've ever played!
I honestly felt like a king due to the service from the staff. I didn't get a chance to use the off-course amenities but they looked pretty high end as well.
