Lines on the greens after being punched. Difficult to putt with these grabbing the ball as it rolled into them. Photo submitted by bvmagic on 05/30/2016

Great Condition!
Really enjoyed the round. The course is obviously taken care of, they do a great job.
Lake Jovita North
Unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. There had been quite a bit of rain recently and probably half or more holes were cart path only, the bunkers were In awful shape and many had washed out areas and still contained quite a bit of water. Many fairways were spongy and the ball would plug so time had to be spent searching for balls in the fairways . The greens though were in good shape and very fast. Overall I was very disappointed and even with a very good price from GolfNow, the course was greatly overpriced for conditions. I’ve always heard such good things about this course and was really looking forward to a great experience but unfortunately that was not the case.
Unbelievable
The course conditions were great! It was a lot of cart path only holes which made for a long hike! Overall had a great experience!
Great course but
Let me start with the good part of the course - the layout is challenging and great, very fun if you know how to shape some shots! The greens are in very good speed, better than most courses I played recently. The course wasn’t busy, so the pace of play was very enjoyable, the starter is very friendly. Now it comes the average part - my daughter used to play junior competitive golf tournaments here, the conditions were much better than it is now. The tee boxes can definitely use more care, fairways are not bad but can be better especially inside 100 yards. The golf cart GPS system kept telling us it’s car path only when it wasn’t. From #10 green to #11 tee boxes we had to drive reversely or it wouldn’t go! There is a course worker kept blowing the fairways behind me, completely ignoring that I was in the middle of my games! I had to let him know in #9 before my chipping, either let him finish through or wait for me to finish, this was unfortunately very annoying. The driving range didn’t open at our tee time, that was a surprise. We drove almost two hours, the experience was a bit disappointing.

Relative
wet conditions no surprise fl in august couple holes cart path only but a great time by all
Challenging
Lots of variety and some unique holes. Definitely a course to play again -easy to get out of position on some holes.
Course was in good shape, except some bunkers need work. I’ll come back for sure!
Needs work
Course in good shape except the bunkers. Horrible conditions, mud in most of the bunkers. All bunkers were washed out not even raked and holes in the sides under the lip of the edges up to a foot deep! What’s up that? Holes in the fairways not properly marked that you could fall into up to five feet deep. ? Why not fixed? Rip off for the money!
Excellent track for the price
A true country club experience at a muni price. Course was in excellent shape, wasn't packed to the gills, and was challenging but still fair.
Exceptional Conditions
The south course is in exceptional condition at this time. Diffidently recommend playing Lake Jovita south course.
It was hot and a few storms came through but my son and I finished.
The course was in good shape except the sand traps (all) were in bad shape due to the rain.
Overall we had a great time on the south .
