Nice course
Nice course in good condition. No oversight of those who play slow.
4 guys outing
Awesome golf outing for myself and 3 college friends. Best course we’ve played in the 1stl four days here by a long shot! Made me look good!
Played Mustang, off season.
It’s a nice Florida course, that’s uses traps and water. Some risk reward holes. Take what the course gives you and you can score well here. Greens are true all the way around. Staff was friendly and accommodating. It’s in the rotation of course that I play when I’m playing in Florida.
Nice round and day, but......
I had a lot of fun today even though I played by myself.
Summer golf in Naples is amazing....crowds and player issues go away and there are plenty of tee times available!
My overall rating was a 4 out of 5 stars....very good but not excellent. Pace of play was awesome; however, I did get behind a 3 some of beginners that never looked behind them. Folks, on better coursed try to remember that better players play these courses so please let them play through....enough said.
Course conditions were pretty good....greens were punched and sanded recently, but very playable. Tee boxes were mostly in great shape, but a few need some work (dried out). Fairways in mostly good shape with some brown spots (but it is May and the rainy season has not begun yet).
Staff friendliness, off course amenities and value for the money were great. I actually paid 32 dollars after using two $10 dollar certificates. Not bad!
Finally, the course layout is awesome....I played the Mustang course and liked the front 9, but the back 9 was more difficult, in better condition and much more exciting!.
I am scheduled to play it again on Saturday with my brother and will pay $99 bucks each because we want to play early so the price goes up and early times were not available on Golf Pass. I think that is too much, but am trying to remember it is a Holiday Weekend.
Happy Memorial Day Players and Staff!
Great course
Staff didn’t offer any help. Where water, where bathrooms, where to keep carts, anything! Completely on my own.
Punched
Punched greens and still charging 79$ is a joke. Much better courses for cheaper this time of year.
$105 dollars
Peak season for golf $105, greens were air rated and covered in sand, range was down and sprinklers were on the whole time I played. Granted I had the earliest tee time, but not worth $105, could have been but definitely could have got a better value else where.
Aerated and Sanded 8 days ago
Pros: really nice staff, course layout above average mix, and for a residential/resort a good variety of holes. Price for the area a decent value considering other high end Marriott affiliated courses at $200+.
Cons; I wish that courses would be required to indicate if they are overseeding, aerating, and/or oversanding in GolfNow. This really impacts the golf experience. Even if the pro shop would warn you out of courtesy would be a minimal recommendation.
Challenging, fair but in good shape. Probably needs a little more water and a bit of rest but is a good course to challenge you. I will be back soon
Nice course and layout for the area, but all of the courses in Marco are overpriced for what you get. It's just golf. The golf course values in Myrtle Beach, Pinehurst and other areas of Florida are a better value.
Closing Soon for Maintenance and it Shows
Just a tremendous disappointment. Conditions were just average and not nearly worth even the Hot Deal price. They are closing this course down for a couple of months to put in new irrigation and more, and it just appears they are trying to grab as much as they can without putting anything back in. We've played 6 courses since we have been down and this is by far the most disappointing.
Bad condition
Greens were good but the rest of the course was in poor condition. Sparse grass.
Course in rough shape
Played here several times in past 10 years and today the course was in poor shape. Tees were bad. Fairways was burnt out and sparse.
Greens were in good shape though. Disappointing
