Yep, a "FIVE-sum", holding us up the entire back nine. Completely ignored by the Marshall. Photo submitted by Ernest1975 on 03/26/2016

great views of the resort. Photo submitted by Scott4497478 on 09/21/2012
course was in great shape
The was as I expected ,in great shape. we were a Twosome and played in 3hrs. 15 min. greens were very good. I will definitely be back. If you are in Orlando to golf , definitely put this course on your list.
Choose your Length
Not a long track but multiple boxes and to choose your distance. Well maintained course. Tee boxes, fairways and greens all in good shape.
Staff was excellent and GPS in the carts is a value added benefit.
I’d play the course again !!
Good experience
Nice course. Course and greens in great shape. Greens were quite a bit slower than I expected. I played in the afternoon.
Great experience! Staff was very friendly from Outside Service to Golf Shop to Starter. Fun layout and in great condition. Just be careful for the water out there!
This is a really good golf course and I always enjoy playing here. B
HawksLanding
Greens were good but very slow, seemed like they were top dressed earlier that morning.
Shorter, slightly tight, pleasant track, well kept.
Greens ran true a fairly slow. Course layout is ok with some compromises since Marriott altered course for convention Centre and water park additions.
Signage could help for navigating last few holes as a result but it’s a nice we’ll kept track.
Great Course, slow greens
Greens were the only issue but they were most likely getting protected from the extreme heat so a little slow, carpet-like.
Average golf course
The golf course measure 6200 yards from the back tee.
Not 6600 as mention.
Greens we’re rolling well but slow.
Probably no more then 7 to 7,5 on the stempmeter.
A couple patch on the contour of the greens were on sand.
Bunker ok
The off very average.
Paid 47 on golf now so didn’t expect much.
Lay out with potential but maybe not the best time to play it.
Green had been punch probably 3 weeks ago.
Ok but not a hot deal.
Fair for the price
A+
Great course all around. Greens were in good shape. Looking forward to a rematch versus the 18th island. Highly recommend
Great course, questionable management
The course was great as always, greens need another week or two and they will be back to perfect. Cart girl and food booth girl were exceptionally friendly and courteous. However, after making the turn in just over an hour, a group of high school age boys brought the course to a halt. 4 groups ended up being stuck behind them. 2 were singles, 1 twosome, and a group of 3 behind that. Even though we paired up, we’re waiting on every shot while the group in front were hitting multiple shots each try, as well as instructions on swings. When the marshall finally came, all we were told was they were 2 minutes ahead and we were 60 minutes ahead.
Now I understand the average course pace, but when multiple groups start getting hung up this badly and will not let those groups play through, the overall pace shouldn’t matter. Enforce some sort of decorum and tell the boys in front to do more than stop doing instruction on the course. What was a great day, at a great pace, saw 7 people plus what I couldn’t see get derailed for 4 kids who didn’t know course etiquette.
Hopefully management will start considering the situation instead of a fallback excuse for slow play on a non-slow pace of play day. All guests deserve a good experience and shouldn’t feel like they bothered someone for asking them to enforce the courses own slow play rules.
Always a nice round.
Status quo for July Florida golf. 18 was a par 5 but is now a par 3 because they lost some land to the hotel expansion.
I still scored a 5 on it. Lol
