Plantation Golf and Resort
Great value for the money using a Hot Deal. It's a good layout and a good test from the back tees. The tee boxes are a little crowned and the fairways are pretty sparse in spots, but the greens are excellent.
Challenging course for a high handicap player but I really like it.
Can be a challenge, fairways are a little thin but with the lack of rain it is understandable. Greens were a little slow for my liking but still a good challenge.
1st Time at the Plantation
Challenging course in good shape just beware of gators my husband almost came a little too close this guy was just hanging out... on the back nine and a baby gator on the 2nd hole on the right both by the water.
Good Condition
Overall the course was in nice shape. Could use a little more maintenance, but with the rain we’ve been having it was good.
Refreshment cart. big plus. Overpriced but, at lease it's availble.
I will say that some rain would help this course. Green fees are overpriced for this average course. There are many other courses within a twenty-mile radius that are in better shape and green fees are cheaper.
I will play this course again, only because it's three miles away. May not be paying the high price for early tee times thou.
Superdry
Nice Layout. But course needs a lot of water.
All Fairways were aerated. No fun.
But Greens were nice an well prepared.
Fairways
Fairways need product, a lot of weeds, greens are great just a little slow
I'm offended by the price
The gentleman in the pro shop was nice but it was downhill from there. The range was a mess, range balls caked with dirt, and course in need of care outside of the greens. I've NEVER complained about greens fees, but at $60 each they should be embarrassed. Caveat emptor.
Greens good, rest okay
I played this course for the first time in six years as I always played World Woods while passing through, but with WW under construction and $400 green fees coming that's no longer an option. Greens are in good enough shape and fairways are okay, not great. However, the course has a run down look and some of the turf is not good. Plantation, here's what you should do: Spend $5 million to completely rebuild the course, clubhouse and villas. With the way golf is booming and with people pouring into the area, this investment will pay off in spades. Do it. You have a gem of a layout and this will make this a true golf destination.
Greens are always in great shape
Teed off at 1:06 on 3/24. Pace of play was awesome. Fairways need grass but all the courses are like this due to a lack of rain the past few months. Tee boxes are pretty.
Carts are awesome, brand new.
